Not the best experience going in there on Friday night. I guess the whole of Greenville decided like me it was going to be fish... tonight. I decided to dine at the bar but it was full. I asked the hostess coming in if the bar area was first come first serveand she replied yes. I sat on a high top and waited for a friend to arrive. I not a couple leave and I made my way over to sitthere and the waiter approached me and he said he will let the hostess know and I told him she said it?s first come first serve.His name was Cody. Really Nice. After sitting a minute the hostess comes to tell me the same thing it?s first come first servebut not those tables. So I ask if I should move and she says No I will just make a note about me sitting there. A few minutespass and I ordered a drink now granted it?s taken almost 30 minutes for all this already. I have another person come to me andsay these tables are not part of the first come drama , so I ask should I move or leave. At this point I was holding myselftogether because I normally don?t get excited, knowing how busy they were. You see , if the hostess replied when I first askedher there should have been no confusion but after all was said and done Cody came to my rescue and made my experience totallyworth it. I enjoyed my swordfish, it was a little over done but at that point I was not going to complain. The salad wasdelightful as well. So that?s why I am going 4 stars. Thank you Cody for the great service in-spite of how busy you guys were. Iasked for a to go box and Cody even wrote on it with a smiley face ????. Very busy place, I recommend making reservations. Wife and I had our first experience with BoneFish Grill. Nice atmosphere, open floor design. Started out with fresh Bread and it... was great. Followed by Bang Bang Shrimp (highly recommend) I had the special dish called shrimp Rangoon salmon over cookedspinach and jasmine rice. Amazing! My wife had the grilled pineapple shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes. De-lish! As Rachel Raywould say. Pricing is not bad at all. Read more
The service was excellent. The atmosphere was very pleasant. The bread was really fresh and the dipping sauce for the bread... had geeat flavor. The bang bang shrimp were really good. The pork chop was very dry. The mac and cheese had no flavor. Ittasted very watery. The sauteed spinach had very little flavor. I've been here before and had this meal and it was very good. Really bummed that they took the Brussel sprouts off the menu. The salmon was good. The steak was ok. And the crab cakes wereok. Read more
We had an enjoyable dinner tonight. For once I left my service dog in the car, (he was welcome) because he had a case of aweful... gas! Did not want other diners to gag! Qould have rated the restaurant 5 star, if the service was a bit better. Things likewater were slow to arrive, and receiving check and receipt back took over 25 minutes. Read more
I was really shocked , I came here a year ago with my family and it was great. The food was plentiful, the manager came over... heard my disappointment on food portion and over service. The bread wasn?t hot it was hard as a rock. My wife?s fish, salmonwasn?t even done. This was a bad experience !! At least the manager came to try and make it right and reduced the bill . Read more
5 stars total Food- 5 stars Atmosphere - 5 stars Service- 6 stars If you have a food allergy let them know before ordering and... they will accommodate as much as humanly possible. Bang bang shrimp and Lily Chicken is the BEST dinner! Add a glass of cab! You can?t go to Bonefish and not order bang bang... shrimp. Always experience great food and service! Read more
