This location needs help bad. When I go through a drive thru and see an little elderly lady working the drive thru window it... breaks my heart. She shouldn't have to be working because they can't keep help. Just like other stores most people say that theycan't find help. Normally this location is spot on and I never have a problem which is why I gave them the star rating that I did. However,... tonight I went through ordered a number 2 medium with a dr. Pepper. Get home I have two whopper juniors and a coke. I suspectthe reason for the confusion was due to employees playing in the back instead of being concerned with the details of their job. Read more

Wait time was excessive considering there was only 1 car ahead of me; it took over 15 minutes to get my order after I got to the... pickup window. I enjoy their iced mocha coffee and usually TRY to stop for one at least once a week. 90% of the time I'm told: they are out, ... the night crew didn't make it, and the latest, our spindle is broken. The staff is very kind and very nice don?t get me wrong I appreciate the great customer service however I can?t even count how... many times someone who has taken my order has messed it up. On various occasion?s. I honestly have avoided this location due tothe fact of my order getting messed up or missing items. I?m not exaggerating. My family and I have an inside joke that we knowif we go to this location something is bound to be messed up. Which is understandable the first or second time but come on thisis every time it?s something. Its fast food for a reason I get but at least get the order down before asking me ?is that it?? Iget rushed after I say an item on the menu it?s very frustrating and annoying to say the least. The employee is too busygetting the order finished that they forget to listen to what was ordered and end up not putting all the purchases items in thebag (forgetting items that were paid for and ordered)or simply doing something completely unrelated to what the customer orderedfor example I ordered a whopper with no sauce. I should have known better to check before pulling out the drive through but Ishouldn?t have to do this every time I decide to visit this location. I was given two buns and a patty. All I could do waslaugh.
