Dam good whopper.. best one yet!
Food was hot and tasty. Service was fast and staff helpful.
Drive-thru was backed up and stand still for 15 minutes. I called the location to see what was going on and the lady who... answered started yelling at me and told me that they are backed up because I called. She was very rude and had a nasty attitude.When I asked from her name she hung up. After hanging up on me, I could hear her yelling and cussing through the building. Iasked the lady at the window who is the worker that answered the phone and she said that she doesn't know. After I kept askingshe finally told me her name is Tameka. My grandchildren had been swimming and we all were all hungry. They asked if we could eat at Burger King. I said yes so went and... they all five ordered the Bacon King combos through the drive through window, the person at the order window was friendly. Went to window, very hard to hear what the worker was saying. Then got to window and they gave me wrong order and onion rings... where cold I asked to please correct my order and give me fresh fries and onion rings and the man who claimed he was the managerrefused to fix my order and told me he will not fix ne fresh fries and onion rings because I was in the line too long and he isclosed now and wants to go home. That is not my fault. Then he snatched my food and gave me my money back which was way too muchbut at this point I was scared and so I left. What a horrible experience . Wanted to share a positive experience. I came in early lunch (11:28 AM ticket number 356) on Saturday April 9, 2022. The cashier... was super polite. I made my order and my food was ready in like 2 minutes. At some places the burgers look slopped together, butnot here. The food was neat, hot, and delicious. The dining area was super clean. Bathtoom was clean. The manager on duty wasreally kind. Overall, really pleasant experience. Hey burger King- pay your employees more money. They deserve it. The BurgerKing CEO is litetally making a million dollars a year. Your cashiers and line cooks deserve 15 an hour (more where the cost ofliving is higher) and your managers should make 20% more. Especially the people at this location. Your employees are the oneswho make your corporate executives and your big stock holders rich. Show your employees some love in greenville. Read more
We went through the drive through to get our orders and the service , the big king sandwiches, and the shake to drink were... delivered in a short time . The man at the window was more than polite and the food preparers were great. Our orders wereexactly as asked for and given to us from a young man with a big smile and a great attitude! Read more
Love going to this Buger King. So far when I visit I get fresh hot fries also my Whopper is good. The employees also are nice.... And the place is clean outside. The best Buger king love going here.. my food is always good! Read more
