Used the drive, was quick and easy. Unfortunately, disappointed to find after arriving home, the side of hummus/pitas were... missing. Not to mention neither the rice nor lentils were cooked. Crunchy rice & lentils & $23 dollars went down the disposal. Won?t be returning! Read more

Went downhill so fast! :( I LOVE CAVA and seek them out whenever I travel, so I was so excited when this location opened near me... this summer. At first, food and service was great. However, the past couple of times I have been, the restaurant, behind thecounter area and bathrooms were dirty, the service was unfriendly and slow, my to-go orders have never been correct, and theoverall food quality has worsened. I am so upset because every other location I have visited in the northeast has been amazing!!Please bring this location back up to CAVA standards! Read more
Update 9/9/22: Unfortunately this place went down fast. We loved eating at Cava, but most likely won?t again. The young lady... who waited on my friend and me was extremely rude, not to mention she was handling money with her gloves on then using the samegloves to handle food, bagging up a warmed pita to be specific. When I paid for my food, I had to ask twice for my extra sidedressings, in which must have been a major problem for her bc she was obviously very annoyed that she had to stop with the nextcustomer to give me what I had already asked for twice. After this long and stressful ordeal, I sat down to eat and was afraidI had broken a tooth when I bit down into the Lentils, then to top the whole horrible experience off, there was hair in my food. I?m not surprised as I watched one of the other girls work on her ponytail right there by all the food. I?m so disappointedbecause I really loved this place. I never write bad reviews, but it was necessary this time. This place is the best! Mycoworkers and I love the staff so much, they are helpful, professional and friendly. Everything is extremely clean and my foodis perfect each time I come in. The cashier Charday sp?) is the sweetest. She always has the friendliest and warmest smile andis so polite. This place is outstanding. From the delicious fresh food, the friendly staff to the owner. Everything is perfect! The one... employee that keeps standing out to me is Sabe. I?m not sure what happened to this place because the first time I ate there it was really really good.. yesterday though I... placed an online order and was met with one of the most disappointing food experiences I?ve had in a very long time. The?roasted vegetables? were somehow burnt and undercooked at the same time, extremely wilted, and several pieces were stemtrimmings that should typically be tossed after prep and were completely inedible. The hummus portion was also incrediblydisappointing.. and for the $18 I spent (not worth it) I could have gone to the Kairos up the street and had a much better mealtwice over, which is what I?ll be doing in the future. Have enjoyed Cava at different locations, first time at this location. Like the food and a nice chain for the variety they... offer Service is my main complaint having been to this location, we ordered in advance on the app and arrived at the specifiedtime...and then waited another 20 minutes for them to actually make the order. Meanwhile we got to watch walk-in folks come in,order, and get their food and go. Why even have the option to order in advance? Read more
