The quality of the food and service seem to be dropping these last couple months. Today was the third time in a row our fries... were half empty, barely warm, and not crispy. Also, my sandwich top bun was in two pieces, they had to see that when theyassembled it, seriously. That's just not carrying about the customer experience.
