I can't quite believe that such a high-quality, sit-down lunch is possible... in 30-45 minutes, at completely reasonable... prices. This is a different Chili's. Forget any old reviews... I've been here 3 times recently with startling consistency. Onall three occasions, I've had zero issue getting a full meal with impeccable bar service in less than 35 minutes. Basics: thereis now a "technology assist" to the Chili's waitstaff. It is still a very personal service experience, but some of the pointlesswaiting is removed. If you aren't comfortable with getting your drinks, food, and bill faster... you probably shouldn't eathere. Ex: You order your drinks and 30 seconds later, someone brings those drinks to the table. (That person doesn't knowwho-ordered-what... and what does it matter, when you have your drink so immediately?!?). Personally, a common complaint I havea restaurants is the rigmarole about paying the check (I have to say I'm ready to pay, then the server goes away to prepare thebill, then the server brings back the bill, then I give the server my card, then they go away again, then they come back and Ipay.) Our dinner experience recently was extremely poor. The waitress made us feel like we were an inconvenience to her by dining... there. The food was decent, but the 4 of us got our entrees at different times. Unfortunately our server didn't follow up afterthe kitchen brought our food out, so we were left without many things, like beverage refills, condiments, and to-go containers.When we went to pay, the check was done incorrectly and took 15 minutes and a manager to fix. They need to do better with keeping that restaurant clean. The floors to be kept swept at all times. There was trash and food on... the floor. Which I have seen several times that I have went there. And they need to clean and wipe the tables down whencustomers leave. Other customers shouldn't have to sit next to a dirty table. And the waiters need to look more presentable thanwhat they do. Not dirty clothes on and dirty finger nails. And the manager that I spoke to about a waiter showing his underwearsmelled like ten packs of cigarettes. This is a eating establishment. Customers shouldn't have to see stuff like that. ThatChili's have went down. But the food was okay. But the cleanness of it is horrible. Will not be going back to that Chili's untilthey do better. And I wouldn't advise anyone else to go if you are a clean person. Read more

Came to have lunch with my wife and her family last week. To start we had 3 kids and 4 adults and the staff acted as tho we were... a big party and it was difficult to seat us at 12pm on a Monday. Then once we were seated and they were taking drink orders wewere informed there might not be enough lemonade for us to choose that as a drink. My wife was also informed that it would be30-45 minutes if she wanted potato soup.. What restaurant is running out of stuff already at 12pm on a Monday?? Skip forward andEVERYONE at my table has their food except me... I quite literally had the easiest dish out of the adults, and I'm not surewhat's so difficult about making chicken tenders and fries. But needless to say my entire table had finished eating and I stillhadn't received my food which is just asinine! I asked them to cancel my order and the waiter insisted on bringing my food in ato-go box. Got home to look at the food and even though my wife asked them for ranch multiple times, there was no ranch in mybox. Needless to say my family and I won't be coming back. This used to be a decent location but it seems as though that's notthe case anymore. If I can't have a decent lunch on a Monday afternoon with my family, why would I give them anymore businessfrom this point moving forward? Read more

Our server, Raylynn, was pleasant and fun. She did an excellent job taking care our table. Soo glad we decided to stop here for... dinner. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. 5/26/2022... We ordered dinner to-go from this location. The ordering through the app was easy and time provided for pickup-up time was... accurate. Packaging for the food was also done very well. Taste of the food was good and the prices are also appropriate. Woulddefinitely recommend using their to-go services! Read more

I went with my two kids, sat down pretty quick but took awhile for our waitress to come take our order. She was really nice;... however, the experience was just terrible. My daughter and got the 2 for $25 with the Texas fries, mainly picked that becausewe were told it was served with ranch. When the kitchen staff came out with the appetizers, she plops it on the table and goes?we don?t have ranch for these.? That was a bummer, but I let it go. The kitchen staff came out with our meals and plops thefood down again, just super rude. I felt bad for our waitress having to deal with them. My daughter and I both ordered mediumrare sirloins, but hers came out red and was super cold in the center. I gave her mine, which was okay. I was able to get mymeal replaced with a burger, but it was extremely greasy and came out 20 minutes after both my kids were done eating. My sonsfries were hard and cold, so he didn?t eat them. While eating, I hear the table behind us ask for ranch? and guess what? theyhad ranch for their fries all of a sudden?! ???? We were then asked if we wanted cheesecake or the skillet cookie for ourdessert, my youngest wanted the cookie. We had been waiting for 15 or more minutes and our waitress comes out and apologizedthat they no longer had the cookie, and asked if we wanted a lava cake instead. We said sure, but man? another 20 minutes go by!I was just ready to go, but couldn?t pay. The whole time throughout the meal I just hear yelling from the kitchen too. Overall,poor experience.
