This place is always packed at lunch but even if they are under staffed they never make you feel rushed or I'm a hurry and get... what you want. This place is unacceptable. I order 3 tacos, when I got home and open my order I found only 1BIG item in aluminum foil. They... took all 3 tacos sat them on top of each other and wrapped them. Absolutely incredible all around, the atmosphere was extremely friendly and seeing the workers enjoy themselves is a welcome... sight. Jayson the manager is super sweet, and has a great attitude for his customers, and staff. I highly recommend thislocation. Read more
Went here for dinner on a Wednesday night. Although there was a line it moved fairly quick. All options for meats, rice, and... toppings were available. We also got the cheese dip with chips. Chips tasted stale and the cheese dip was just okay. Burritobowls we had were great! Lots of flavor and the meat tasted fresh. We had chicken on one bowl and steak on the other. Staff wasfriendly. This place was Incredibly Horrible and Unprofessional. Totally embarrassing to the Chipotle name and brand. There was a very... untrained and ignorant manager running the shift who's name was ED. ED SHOULDNT be managing a dog food stand because hismanagement skills are horrible. If you ever see ED managing, do yourself a favor and leave. When I asked to speak with themanager they had to go outside lollygagging. When he finally came in from outside doing nothing, ai explained to him that therewas literally no food on the line. No Rice. No Steak. Which u can't have a burrito or a bowl without rice. All of the food thatwas on the board you can clearly see was old and had been on the board a really long time. (pics attached below) When ED, thehorrible manager, finally came he never once apologized or had any empathy. He only made excuses that they were closing early,which had no point in food looking so old that I wouldn't feed it to my dog. The crew had no sense of urgency, and I guess Ican't be surprised with an Idiot like ED leading the team. Upper management, PLEASE FIRE ED. HE MAKES THE STORE AND CHIPOTLEBRAND LOOK HORRIBLE. Wrong for the third time in a row. A lot of people have food allergies and even though this was listed as a place that was safe... for that it?s obviously untrue. I have to spend more money on delivery fees re-ordering food because it is consistentlyincorrect. If someone orders online and they don?t specify that they want cheese or beans or something, don?t put it on there.Or maybe put it on the side. I?ve worked on both ends of the delivery apps at multiple different restaurants, it?s doable. Read more
I don?t understand why the ?main line? doesn?t help with to-go orders. There?s currently 5 people waiting on to-go orders and no... one in line. Why are people picking up/getting delivery forced to wait an excessive amount of time past their promised time?It?s 11:37 btw. Also, the to-go order station is approximately 3ft from the pick up shelf. Why does the lady have to bag up 4-5orders at a time before bringing them to the shelf? And when she does she throws them on there. I?ve never seen a place go sofar downhill in such a short time. Read more
