Tonight my partner and I went to go through the pickup lane for dinner. After a few minute wait the kindest young man came to... ask if anyone had taken our name. We said no and he went to check on our food. It wasn?t ready so he told us to come in for freedrinks. He was so sweet. I wish I had gotten his name. He had his hat on backwards, brown hair. 8/03/22 First time trying this restaurant. We were warmly greeted by Niah as we entered on Wednesday evening at about 6:30 pm.... He was courteous, friendly and explained the various ingredients to each of our group of four friends. This location was highlyrecommended by my friend Debbie who lives in the vicinity. We all decided to try the dinner bowls so Niah began with a base ofchopped romaine lettuce. Two of our group members got the grilled steak option while one got the grilled chicken and one thecarnita (shredded roasted pork). We found all the meats to be well seasoned and tender. We all added the peppers & onions withfajita seasoning, black beans or pinto beans, tomato salsa, green tomatillo salsa, guacamole, sour cream, grated jack cheese,queso blanco, roasted corn salsa. We all loved the taste of our individual bowls. The only glitch was trying to get an accountsetup online to order from home. We spent about 20 minutes and the site dropped us before we could successfully login. ManagerMadison apologized for the inconvenience and was adept at keeping the flow of preparation and accuracy of our orders. Sheassisted Niah by wrapping up each bowl to free him to handle those arriving behind us. We wanted a quesadilla which must beordered online and Madison saw to it so we could get one to share. Picked up dinner here as we headed through town. Staff completely ignored me even though the restaurant was empty, because I... didn't stand in the right place to order (no sign). The guy who made my food mumbled and obviously hated his job. Burrito hada leathery tortilla and the rice was dry (too long in the warmer). No free chips either. Just awful. Always has problems. Either short staff or out of things. Orders are always screwed up or inconsistent.. The mobile... order line always takes forever. Why don?t you pay your employees more chipotle? Help your manager get this location together.Chipotle is flushing money by allowing this one star location to function this long without changes done at the core. Pay thesepeople more?. I guarantee if you payed your people more and gutted the bad management/bad employees (if management is bad) thislocation would be 5 stars. Keep the good employees with benefits and better pay. Bro, seriously? Really difficult to have an appetite in this restaurant when there?s flies and gnats all over the trash. Every... single table was dirty, and that?s honestly not an exaggeration. My husband couldn?t even eat he was so disgusted. Had to go outto my car to get a pack of bleach wipes just to wipe down a table to eat. I went to this location 2 hours before closing. First off, the dinning area was very dirty. Once it was my turn to order, I ... noticed the kitchen was dirty as well. Food all over the counters and dirty floors. My husband and I both were like maybe weshouldn't eat here but we proceeded to order. Once at the register I asked for chips with my order and was told they were onlyfor to go orders. I then said my order is to go but was then told they were only for drive thru. Was kinda mad but just let itgo cause again it is 2 hrs before the are scheduled to close. Well we get home and the rice is not cooked. Now this is justridiculous. So we go back up there cause now our dinner is ruined and I will never go to this Chipotle. Read more
