As we drove in, the exterior of the building was so clean. The inside was the same. The only thing my family hated was that they... removed the animated show for a dance floor. We literally had no entertainment while dining. The animated show provided lots ofentertainment. That's what people come to Chuck E. Cheese for. Showbiz was 10 times better. We had our daughter's party here for the second time and it wasn't as pleasant as before. None of the staff was on time and the... party didn't start until after 3pm. They were short staffed I guess but my guest had arrived and the birthday table wasn't evenprepared. Felt rushed but overall the manager on staff understood my frustration and tried to fix what she could. Read more
We came here years ago when it was so much better. Half of the sodas were either out or their lever was broken. They don't give... tickets at their games and that was something my grandchildren loved. The characters only come out for birthday parties andthere were no other characters showing up. Years back they would have several of the characters walking around and interactingwith the kids. They didn't even have the fake stage set up with the robots that would play every 15 minutes. The place was alsodirty. We felt like we needed a shower afterwards. All in all Chuck E. Cheese was a terrible experience... one that will nevertry again. Read more
Used to be able to get deals on tokens, now it seems there are no deals and the pay by the hour model is king. Weekend pricing... per hour pretty high. Not a big advantage over places like Frankie's any more. Read more
Dirty, loud, slow service. Obviously it?s going to be loud.. it?s a kids play area. During our visit there were kids jumping... on the machines, running around at full speed hitting other kids and taking other kids games. I feel like these parents justdrop their kids off and left them alone to destroy the store. There weren?t any workers around to ask questions either. Chuckie Cheese has seriously upped their game. Both this location and Spartnaburg are great places to take your kids. They have... games for toddlers to adults and they always work. They have an app that is actually useful, just scan your receipt after payingand get free stuff. The prices are fair, I added a photo that explains them all. You buy by the swipe or by the minutes, I'dsuggest minute. You get more for your money and have a hard stop, "We have 30 minutes to play and then we are all done." I wouldalso suggest getting two cards if you like to play too, that way you don't have to share. Also the food is decent and thedesserts are killer. Have fun! Read more
