I will not eat at Church's ever again. I am done. I go back 40 + years eating Church's fried chicken, but today will be my... last. I work to hard for my money too! You wait in line 20 minutes to an hour only to be handed so BS through the window. Youhave to give at least 1 star to leave a review so other than that 1 star Church's would not get any at all. Three years ago 5 stars. Today.....got there about 5:10...line to the road. About 6 cars in front of me. Line didn't move at... all. Called the restaurant. Said short staffed. After waiting another 45 minutes with still 3 cars in front of me I left. Shouldhave left long before. Although the inside is open they were sending people out the door as soon as they entered. My experience at this location was the worst I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but this is like the umteenth... time I sat in that long drive thru line asking for FRESH HOT CHICKEN AND FRESH HOT SIDES ALL TOGETHER.. Meal was good. Window person kind. Like always, a, seemingly, forever wait line, waiting to order & to pick up order. Line has... been a forever wait line, for a long time. For me, sometimes, the wait, is worth the Church's food. ???????????? Read more
It would be nice if they opened at 10:00a.m. like they are suppose to. A good way to lose a lot of business because you can't... get to work early to get food prepared and open at the time you're suppose to. I got there at 10 and had to wait 30 minutes. Please do better. Read more
Place was friendly. Food was hot and fresh. Prices were a bit higher compared to another Church's Chicken. But it was worth... it. The customer service was good too. Read more
Everything about the meal just wasn?t good at all. After sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes, had to pull up and wait... for my food, which I expected everything to be fresh since I had to pull up & wait! Only thing that was fresh was the chickensandwich which wasn?t all that great. My fries were cold! The chicken wings were massive & looked unappetizing! Didn?t even looklike a chicken wing! It was very off putting. The chicken leg was very bland itself. Everything was just a huge disappointment.Discarded the whole meal once I got home. The only good thing was the biscuit. Read more
After waiting in the Drive-Thru line for 15 minutes I was very disappointed. I always get a two-piece meal with two thighs and... I was told I cannot do that anymore because they are under New Management. I will not be going back there because I cannot getwhat I asked for it's sad that you can't get what you ask for and willing to pay for. Read more
