Stopped in here for the first time with a friend, I?m always excited to see more places to eat with vegan options! They had a... good selection of bowls to choose from, I wish I?d known every bowl comes with açaí at the bottom as I?d never eaten thatbefore. Thankfully it didn?t taste bad with the option I got which was granola, bananas, Nutella and peanut butter. I might giveit a try again sometime. Read more
Gather is amazing and Cocobowlz is one of my favorite spots. Everyone who makes the bowls are wonderful, but there is extra... magic in Jessica?s bowls. Although my bowl was good, it took several minutes for the *3* staff members in the back to realize there was a line. They were... incredibly slow, & one staff member was even lying on a table, visible to customers outside. The staff members were quite young,so it might be beneficial to have an adult at the store to supervise. Read more
Didn?t like how they automatically charge a tip. When I noticed it and asked for my money back I was told they couldn?t give me... my tip back. The young lady had to call someone so they could tell her how to void my order. I don?t have a problem tipping, butjust don?t take my money. Read more
This is the second time we ordered from the Haywood mall Cocobowlz and this is the second time our order was completely wrong!... One was not suppose to have granola or coconut and the one that has blueberries...well that goes on the other bowl and otherthings are wrong AND they still didn't send the Coco whip. The service here is absolutely terrible it always takes 30 mins for them to make my one bowl, which is ridiculous considering... the base is premade. Also they will take other people orders after already taking your and make you wait for everyone?s bowlsand smoothies to be done even though I ordered first. Read more
