Wish I could give zero stars. Order it online the 699 special when you order more than one. Got there my total is 14 something... for one one topping pizza medium. I told them the deal that I ordered. With the online coupon. They told me that deal did notexist anymore. I notified them that it did in fact it exist I had ordered it 30 minutes before pulling up. And that the samething happened the last time that I ordered it. They had the nastiest attitudes. I left without my pizzas of course and had thewindow slammed in my face. Not only did they not deliver everything I paid for, they refused to bring me my items that I... paid for, pizza was dry and dough super thin, Management, hah that's laughable because Management was even worse, don't spendyour money here, you will be very disappointed Read more

I ordered and took them over 30 minutes to call me to explain that they no longer deliver to the hotel where I am staying. ... Hmmm....I just ordered from them last weekend. My son always met the driver at the office for THEIR safety. Read more

since my review has now been deleted, i will be putting in another one. the manager of this store is a sad excuse for a manager.... watched him grab a delivery boy by the shirt and scream in his face that he was fired. absolutely disheartening. aside from thati watched a pizza artist drop a dough ball on the floor and that same manager turn it into a pizza for a customer. do better. 2 very bad expériences! Been waiting on pizza since 6:45 à call In order! Long story short pizza should have been ready at... 6:57. It's 7:39 now and I'm told now that they don't have my order. I have my confirmation and now they are saying they arebusy.Wow and still didn't say let me put your order back In. Called and order pizza from this store as I have done several times before. Was told 30 minutes took an hour.They left my food... on the porch no knock on the door. Call the store and the black guy wanted to play games saying I never placed an order at hisstore when that?s the only store I ever place orders for pizza at. Said my name was not in the system then turned around andasked me for my name and number. (How can you say I never place and order when you never had my name are number in the firstplace). When I gave him my information he lied still saying I didn?t place the order with that store( Augusta Rd.) I hung upand call back to the automated system and it told me it was indeed the Augusta Rd store and my call was transferred back to thatstore after being on hold for several minutes the same black guy came back on the line and I told him he was lying the systemtold me that was that store I had placed the order with. He then asked what was wrong with the order I told him it wasn?tprepared the way I asked for it to be prepared and my sausage pizza were hard, dry and scattered all over the box. He said wellmy GM said he?s not making them over tonight come another time. I said I didn?t pay for them another time I want them made overthey refuse the black guy told them GM man just give her her money back man ,cause she?s just going to keep calling.Asked forthe GM to get on the phone he refused to get on the line. Asked for the GMs name they refused to give it out. Think they allneed management training . They were very unprofessional . Call the Pleasantburg to get the district managers name and number.The guy called the the store I was complaining about and said they?re giving you your money back if you have a complaint goonline. Tried to trust that dominos wouldn?t let me down again. I clearly asked for lite sauce and this was so heavy I could barely eat... the crust. I took the toppings off because it was way too much sauce.Disgusting I?ll never order from here again. Read more

It took 3 hours for Dominos to deliver my pizza! I ordered pizza through the Dominos app at 5:55 pm and the tracker said my... order was complete at 7:50 pm but the pizza had not yet arrived. So I called the store to figure out the issue and they said thedriver was still waiting for it to come out of the oven. They said the app was glitching when it said my order had alreadyarrived (personally I think they prematurely marked the order complete to avoid bad metrics). It still took another HOUR for thepizza to arrive, it was a sloppy mess and barely even warm! They should at least offer a discount or something in thesesituations. Read more
