Noah is a horrible manager. Also told me to get out of his store! And said he was being nice by adding cream to my coffee.
Service was terrible, we went to to get our drinks and one of the employees yelled, if you're waiting inside you're going to... wait at least an twenty minutes. If you don't want people waiting inside lock the doors. We left went to the drive thru to getmy drink and something for my daughter to surprise her after picking her up from college. The drinks were terrible, tasted likethey filtered it through dirty socks. Ended up going to Starbucks, 100% better and CHEAPER!!! Read more

I placed a mobile order to pick up in the drive thru on a Monday morning. They made everyone in line (which was backed up to the... road) wait 5-10 minutes before even placing their orders. Meanwhile, everyone that walked in (even though dining room is onlyopen for ordering ahead) got out within minutes. I waited in this line for over 30 minutes just to receive one coffee. Thisisn?t the first time I?ve waited in this line for this long before but I thought since it was a Monday morning, they?d at leastbe prepared for more customers. They only had 2 people working who didn?t pay attention to any of the drive thru customers. Thisis probably the worst service I?ve received anywhere. Do not ever go to this Dunkin.
