Noah is a horrible manager. Also told me to get out of his store! And said he was being nice by adding cream to my coffee.
Service was terrible, we went to to get our drinks and one of the employees yelled, if you're waiting inside you're going to... wait at least an twenty minutes. If you don't want people waiting inside lock the doors. We left went to the drive thru to getmy drink and something for my daughter to surprise her after picking her up from college. The drinks were terrible, tasted likethey filtered it through dirty socks. Ended up going to Starbucks, 100% better and CHEAPER!!! Read more

I placed a mobile order to pick up in the drive thru on a Monday morning. They made everyone in line (which was backed up to the... road) wait 5-10 minutes before even placing their orders. Meanwhile, everyone that walked in (even though dining room is onlyopen for ordering ahead) got out within minutes. I waited in this line for over 30 minutes just to receive one coffee. Thisisn?t the first time I?ve waited in this line for this long before but I thought since it was a Monday morning, they?d at leastbe prepared for more customers. They only had 2 people working who didn?t pay attention to any of the drive thru customers. Thisis probably the worst service I?ve received anywhere. Do not ever go to this Dunkin. The lady at the drive thru was absolutely rude. I pulled up to the speaker, waited till they asked me to order. Instead this... lady saids "are you going to order." She was rude the entire time. The guy at the window was nice but she needs to get her lifetogether. Read more
What is this!!! You ask for ?avocado toast? instead you get a cold dry piece of bread with what looks like what they Scraped... from the bottom of the avocado barrel. Customer service is horrible!!! Came two days straight and received poor service!!! They were out of everything the day before... and yet one young lady was eating donuts while another was walking out with donuts. (Both were employees) This morning went backto purchase donuts. Purchased four donuts and never received a smile or friendly customer service after trying to engage infriendly conversation.
