I was looking forward to my frozen coffee and munchkins. I ordered at drive thru but when I got to the drive thru window the... employee working the window was blowing her nose in a napkin. She never washed her hands until after I told her I didn?t want myfood anymore because of it. She also takes peoples money at the window and touches there food. I will Never go there again. Itis Flu and Covid season and all they told me was it was her sinuses. Omicron also acts like that. You would think they had asick protocol especially working around food. I am sad really. I came from the dr office and needed a coffee at 9 am. 4 cars in Drive thru 5 min from order to leaving. ... That was the best thing I can say. The lady taking my order was short and interrupting me. I ordered a medium midnight withmocha and oatmilk. Received my coffee and the cup had no heat to it. So before I left I popped the top and tested it. It wasstone cold! I told the lady and she replied I guess we can make a new pot but it ain't Goin to change. I just left. Won'tbe back. Read more
Awful experience. The person working the drive thru was a terrible person to deal with. Extremely rude, interrupting you while... you're ordering. Got everything we ordered wrong and then clearly talked trash to the other employees about us when we told herit was wrong. We ended up just leaving because we didn't trust her making our drinks. 1 star is too high of a rating. Asst.Manager was standing right there and did absolutely nothing. Drive to a different location if you absolutely have to haveDunkin. Also, this wasn't a "understaffed" issue. This was a terrible employee issue. We'll never be back. Not that they care. Read more
Horrible behavior from unfriendly staff. One of the women working called a customer a vulgar name using the F bomb completely... within my earshot. Then the same woman proceeded to the parking lot outside and yelled obscenities at her boyfriend who wasparked there. Will not be back to this location. Read more
This dunkin has the rudest employees I?ve ever seen. I stopped in here with a coworker and saw at the door the inside was for... online or call in. I was trying to place an order online while I was in the store and a employee asked if I was going to placean order. I asked if I could place it at the register and the employee replied back in a rude tone ?you better make it fast?.Then another employee started making loud comments that I better tip them in cash.
