I stopped in last night for a quick sandwhich after work. The lady at the register was very kind and polite and the staff was... very quick and friendly. The sandwich came out very fast and it was delicious! I also love how they donate proceeds to thefirefighters and first responders. Walked in after the rush hour and the place still looked clean. When the manager heard we needed GF he stepped in to make sure... the allergy was properly handled. Both meals were done right and quickly given to us. The staff was very friendly and allseemed to enjoy working there, which makes everything better. Read more
This was my first trip to a Fire House Sub ever. The experience was not good. We came in at 9:00pm and they close at 9:30pm. ... The staff was more concerned with cleaning and leaving at 9:30pm then they were helping customers. There was 2 young boysthere, one behind the counter and one out in the dinning room. I had to ask for assistance. When I did a female came out fromthe back. She took our order and then left. The drink machine was out of EVERYTHING accept diet soda. I asked if they had teaand was told they were out. We paid for 2 drinks and did not even get to drink anything. They did not offer to refund us moneyback for the drinks so I asked if I could get a bag of chips instead. The 2 young boys just continues to clean and mop aroundus as we ate. Another couple came in and a third employee, tall boy came out from the back and took their order. They askedfor tea and miraculously they came up with a cup full for that couple. Both our subs were great, that is why I gave it 2 stars. Even though they stay open till 9:30pm I would not recommend going into the restaurant between 8:30p - 9:30p. Read more
I ordered a sandwich from Uber eats and this is what I get. A pickle, mustard and cucumber sandwich. No meat, cheese or lettuce.... I called to let firehouse know and they said they could remake the sandwich but I would have to pick it up. I?m stuck at work soI?m not able to. I tried reaching out to Uber eats with no luck. This place is the worst! My family and I love firehouse. We have enjoyed other locations, but this location has the absolute... worst customer service! We have went several times and they try to close early. I was standing by the register and the younglady working had me standing there while she did the trash (which this is just disgusting-didn?t even wash her hands beforemaking my sub)! I was standing there for a solid 5 minutes before she took my order, but It was only when I acted like I wasabout to record her that she stopped cleaning. Not to mention they had half the store closed down. They frequently mess up theorders too! Not only that, but don?t bother calling your order ahead! They turn off the phone ringer! I?m not kidding, I put thetheory to a test and had my husband in the store while I called and the phone was hidden with the ringer off!!! I will not goback! Read more
