First time trying Fuddruckers. The food was ok, but their customer service is superb. From the moment we walked in last night,... the lady in the bakery welcomed us, the guys in the kitchen took time to answer questions, and the floor host/busboy was one ofthe most well-mannered, personable and overall ray of sunshine. Its been years since we've been here. Burger was great. I love the toppings bar because I always get to load up my own burger... with lots of toppings. It's about $13 for a 1/2lb burger combo. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is because theportion of fries you get as a side seems really small and the restaurant seemed pretty warm inside at least 4 people in ourgroup mentioned how warm it was. Good burger joint with outside patio and large seating area. Place your order and pick it up service. Exceptionally large... condiment bar with everything you could think of to put on a burger or sandwich. Good fries and onion rings. Also have a largeshake and some cookies and other sweets available in a bakery-like section. Read more
A good place to get burgers your way!! There is a buffet for varying condiments for the burgers which is a nice way to provide... options. I would like to see them create a rolled burger wrapped in lettuce, with a few different specialty sauces to choosefrom, for those folks who don't eat bread. Pimento cheese slathered on the inside of a couple of leafs of iceberg lettuce witha seasoned Hamburg wrapped snugly inside would be a win for non-bread eaters. :-) Read more

A very clean and well maintained restaurant. I love being able to top my own burger & the veggies are always good quality.... However, I asked for my burger to be cooked medium and it came out well-done. We had to order off a single, hard to read board at the entrance. Food was gross. Fries were soggy & falling apart. Burgers not... appetizing; the buns covered in fry grease. Cheese sauce for fries was good though. Tipped 20% only to have to hunt down our ownfood & shakes! Don't tip at the beginning of your meal like they want you to.
