John is the manager and he's fantastic! Extremely customer service oriented. Warm, friendly and hospitable. It's worth a trip in... just to meet him! I requested that my food be cooked well done. It is so much tastier when it is prepared this way. Result?Amazing! Bailey was our waitress and was very accommodating. I'm craving this food again. Delicious, perfectly cooked, andhealthy. Went to Genghis Grill on Woodruff road at 11:19am on a Sunday afternoon. Apparently, we had arrived before the Church crowd. It... was very calm and a relaxed atmosphere. There was a full bar to my left. There were four different bowl ???? sizes to choosefrom. Pick a seat, and tell your server the bowl size and what base will predominantly fill your bowl. There are vegetarianoptions to choose from. I picked the small bowl and I chose cabbage as my base. They have rice, cauliflower rice, cabbage, udonnoodles and a few other options. The bar is filled with herbs, veggies, and a selection of seasoned pork, chicken, meatballs,even seafood. I was incredibly DISAPPOINTED with the amount of cabbage I received in my $13.00 bowl. Although it was very tasty,I could have cooked 5x the amount for $13.00. My cat eats more than the amount I was presented with for my lunch. I will nevercome back, unless formally invited by staff for a retry. My largest critique, was that the base of the bowl was not properlyfilled. This food was AMAZING. The margarita was also amazing. The service was friendly and attentive! Would 100% go back. I had a... regular bowl with udon noodle base. Toppings: Korean pork, bacon, ham, garlic seasoning, jalapenos, pineapple, roasted redpeppers and a combo of G3 (I think) and sweet and sour sauce. It was amazing. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is I wishthere was some option for getting like numerous small bowls vs one large one. I had decent anxiety of what if I messed up mybowl and it is a disgusting combo? Then I have just lost $15. Read more
I gave a 4star bc the portion for the price. I was expecting more noodles but the selections on the bar are good & the food... taste good. The Staff was nice & helpful. I would recommend hiring a host bc I was a little lost on where to go or what to do asa 1st time customer. Overall my family & I will return the food taste good & the experience was good ???????? Underwhelming is best to describe. The concept is good but the portion for price is not there. Food was extremely burnt making... everything taste well just burnt. Staff was nice but food was not cooked well at all. Read more
So glad we stopped by Genghis Grill! Friendly service, and the food came quickly. We each customized our own bowl, and all of us... really enjoyed the food. Since we could choose the proteins, veggies, sauce, and base, it suited each of our tastes. Healthy,good portions, and delicious! Read more
Food is always amazing, a good balance of whatever it is you like to customize to eat. The sauces were amazing, along with the... mix of mushrooms and ????! One of these days I will sit down and eat it on site as opposed to get it to-do! Read more
