I came in to get some ramen and unfortunately it wasn't that great. It took them a long time to get the order ready, and when I... finally dug in it wasn't that great. I got pork ramen, and it tasted like they just took slices of a cooked spiral ham anddropped it in. Didn't even taste of the broth. I worked for genji 2+years and was a team leader in Asheville. It is the worst company to work for! They work you to the bones... and they don't care if you have a family. Majority of there employees only want to be a team member and not a team leaderbecause they don't pay well and your accountable for everything! Extremely long wait but the food was good
I came into Whole Foods at 8:30 am today and was looking forward to grabbing a pre-made sushi lunch for later. The cook at the... counter must?ve woken up late or something because he said, sourly, ?We don?t have any rolls out, we just opened.? I don?t think30 mins after opening qualifies as ?just opened? but I left, feeling offended and disappointed, and grabbed a chicken salad wrapfrom WF?s refrigerated section instead. To the cook?s credit, he did flag me down before I left the store to offer asemi-apology and to custom make me a roll, to which this review would?ve been 1-star otherwise, but I had already made anotherchoice on lunch at that point (one that didn?t involve being put down for asking a question about product availability). I?llprobably be back again just because I like shopping at WF and love sushi, but I hope to receive better customer service nexttime. Read more
