When we arrived we saw a picture posted of a group that were caught on camera leaving without paying for their food. I'm here to... say I completely understand them. I wish I could get a refund. I've never experienced such bad service in my life. We neverreceived any refills, barely got checked on by the waitress, there were no salt and pepper shakers on the table. The lighting inthe building was so bad I had to use my phone flashlight to read the menu. The "Fresh" fruit wasn't fresh at all, it was dry asif they just let the watermelon sit out uncovered for days. There's so much more I can say but I'm highly disappointed to saythe least. This place was a really surprising find in Greenville. It was open so late and had everything from burgers and pizza to tender... shank of lamb and kebab over rice. Came in on a Friday and they had comedians! Nice dining experience Read more

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from a delivery app. This picture is exactly how my food looked when it arrived-... just thrown in the take-out box. This is all that was included for my $30 delivery order. I didn't finish it because a piecetasted spoiled. I spit it out, so hopefully I don't end up sick. Obviously, I wouldn't eat here again. Ordered online at 11 pm, got there at estimated time for my order to be ready(11:30) and called since I selected to do curbside,... which was an option on their website. Was told I still had to go inside to the bar. That’s fine, whatever. I go inside andhave to wait another 30 minutes to get my food. Again, whatever I know it’s late and the kitchen might be closing soon. I getto my car and my ice cream from the lava cake is melting all over the bag since they put it next to hot food. I get home andturns out I’m missing the seasonal vegetables that’s suppose to come with the chicken biryani and the whipped potatoes Iordered as my side. I also ordered sweet potato fries and they are limp and slightly soggy to where they break when you pickthem up. Very disappointed. Read more

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! As a person who has worked in the restaurant industry for over 2 decades this... establishment has poor service, poor food all stemming from poor management. The food we ordered was pick up, so i understandand anticipate the quality is not going to be 100%. However this does not excuse selling burnt, dry and spoiled food. The frieson the gyro BURNT, meat on Jerusalem platter BURNT & DRY. sides on platter IN EDIBLE! Fattoush salad spoiled. The hostess(assuming the lady answering the phone) asked us to bring the food back and would replace it. It being almost midnight we optedto speak with the manager the next day and just wanted a refund. Spoke with the manager/ owner and was VERY RUDE. We tried toreturn all the food we bought(an $80 meal) and he still argue the food was good. In the future PITA HOUSE WILL HAVE OURBUSINESS. Read more
