My first experience to Hardee's was pleasant. We went to try the new Jurassic World menu items the same week they unveiled them.... The Primal Burger was incredible. I'll definitely come back and try the regular menu items. The service here was great! Read more
While the fries and onion rings were good, the burgers were old, luke warm, and they messed up the toppings on one of them. When... I tried to call about this, they didn't answer the phone any of the three times I called before closing. I will never go back tothis location again. Read more
Their signage on their window as well as online and on Google Maps says they open at 5 AM. I arrive at the Hardee?s at 8:15 on... Monday, March 14, 2022 there were people in the drive-through line exactly 3 cars in front of me when I pulled up to thedrive-through the lady immediately say food will be ready in 15 minutes. Mind you it is 815 and they open up at 5 AM but at 8:15she said that they were close and the food will be ready in about 15 minutes. If they don?t open up at 5 AM instead open up at8:30 or later why not to simply put that on the window. There were several other cars pulling in in the parking lot and also inthe drive-through thinking that they were open because that Hardee?s is always open at 5 AM. Read more
Consistently over the last two or three years or more, if you show up at the drive-thru on Saturdays between 5am and 6am or so,... when they say they open at five, not only I but other customers wait...and wait...and wait at the drive-thru speaker hoping toorder a biscuit or two until more than minute or two or three passes before finally giving up and leaving, hangry. Don't knowwhat they're doing in there between 5 and 6-ish, but it is not serving customers. Considering the length of time over which thishas persisted, I'd guess that an appeal to management would be fruitless. Wait until the sun comes up, and maybe you'll getserved.
