This location is pathetic. I always get my food delivered with no issue but today the delivery man came to my door and said ?for... future references we normally don?t deliver this far? HOW? How if I literally always get my food delivered from this location?If it?s out of the area then why does the website allow me to place a delivery order to my address??? & I just find it funny howthis happens after I tried to place my delivery order last time and they called and said they can?t do my order ?because thesystem is down?. Not even in pizza category...Belongs in a NEW one by itself! BBQ absolutely delicious also I asked employee for his "Jason"... suggestion he told me to try the Asian Pizza perfectly spicy..Wow! This is my favorite pizza company in the US! Worked at a location in MI, where it was founded, as a teen. They were the 1st with... flavored crusts, the dough is made fresh daily for all but thin crust (& that may be now, too), the sauce is perfect, themozzarella, toppings, & salads are really fresh, and so on. I was so excited when this location opened, as I'd been traveling toCharlotte or Mauldin to get it prior to then. Ordered at 9:06pm? time is now 10:12pm and we have not had our food delivered. I?m fully aware the store closes at 10pm, however... we called at 9:58 and were greeted with a ?sorry closed? message. Now of course since the store is closed there is no one toanswer the phone, despite us calling (which I guarantee there is at least one person in the store that could answer the repeatedcalls) since it?s been over an hour and we have gotten no response as to where our food is. If you?ve never been to Howie?s then let me say the pizza is nothing special. I go there for the bread and crust. The crust... seasonings are phenomenal. This location has been good every time I?ve been. I?ve only had one mess up and they delivered mycorrected pizza for free and even gave us a free cookie pie. Read more

We ordered food they said it would be at our hotel room in 30 minutes and it actually was exactly 30 minutes! Was still hot and... delicious! They did not disappoint! Best food we've since we've been here on SC ! Here from Cincinnati ohio! Read more
