I'm not a big fan of franchise restaurants but this is an exception. Been there four or five times and the food is always... excellent the service is superb. Just a good group that really wants to make the customer happy. I'm gluten-free and they'revery accommodating and go out of their way to be sure I get what I need. My last time there was this past Friday and our serverwas Nikki very friendly very kind and I was so impressed with the food that I asked to speak to the manager whose name is Kellyjust an excellent group of people from the cooks even to the bus person. This is by means fine dining, but I've never been disappointed when eating here for any meal. At my latest visit, I had a very... friendly and engaging waitperson. I tried a new omelet that was delicious. The service was quick and efficient. They havechanged the way that the customer pays for their meal, choosing now to have customer pay their wsitperson rather than at thefront desk. I enjoy eating here and will continue to do so. Our server was very slow, especially since it was not busy! We had 5 tables in our area-2 groups came after US! It was not busy... as this location usually is. We did not get a refill on our drinks, neither did she come by to check on us-until it was tryingto give the bill!! My table had the least attention as she, catered to tables around us. OTHER servers took better care of us,because we had to stop them for our needs. Some of my party of 5, had missing parts of our orders, and food was cold. Worstservice ever. Mannnnnnn... this was the absolute WORST experience I've ever had at an IHOP. It was a very busy Sunday, plus we had 5 kids and... 2 adults -- totally expected a bit of a wait. Completely fine. We waited about half an hour for a table (not bad at all).Ordered drinks and food right away. The server forgot to put in our order. We waited and waited. Every table around us ate andleft... finally we asked the server for more coffee. At that point, an hour and a half into our dining experience, I believe shedecided to check on our order and realized she'd forgotten it. We got our food about 20 minutes later -- not exactly how we'dordered it, but at that point we didn't care. The manager took 20% off our ticket ? Not worth it. Read more

Oh my goodness but did we have some delicious food. I had the Colorado omelet and it was the best I've ever had. Chuck full of... meats and peppers were cooked perfect, not mushy. Salsa on the side with some added sour cream and I was in heaven. Our serverwas very attentive and pleasant. Tipped her very well due to her superior service. Table next to us who left while we wereeating not so nice..5 people and $3. tip. Some people just suck. Read more
