Service is fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Servers don't use any type of ticket or tablet to take your... order.... just using their memory. Cooks are on point ????. They got all of my special requests right first time. Stopped by for a late dinner, after seeing a performance at Greenville Theater. Service was prompt & accurate. Our Server Logan... B. was friendly, following up with drink refills & checking to see if everything was good for us he really made us welcome. Sohappy to see that our favorite IHOP is open till 12 a.m. again on Friday and Saturday nights & 11 p.m. Sunday to Thursday.Restaurant was busy but we were seated right away & food came out quickly. The people were SO kind especially the waitress... I think her name was Jazmine but I'm not 100 percent on that but she needs a... raise! She made the experience most of what it was .. exceptional. No complaints here, our waitress was amazing and attentive but gave us our space. I consider this standard/ expected practice in... a diner like setting. Added bonus, I eat gluten free and they have gluten-free waffles and pancakes which actually taste good.Most places offer gluten-free and it tastes like sand- not IHOP. Super nice, completely remodeled location. Very modern and clean. The interior of this location used to be very much like a... Waffle House prior to the remodel. Very spacious with nice bathrooms. We always enjoy our food at IHOP, and the kids had funwith their activity papers and crayons. Side note: If you?ve never had an omelette from here give it a try. They make somedelicious omelettes! Came around 11 pm. Staff was unprofessionally inadequate, like everyone was a trainee. All three meals were wrong, with a steak... almost well done instead of medium rare, an egg on a sandwich over easy instead of hard, mushrooms and onions left in beef tipswhen asked for none, scrambled eggs missing their cheese, and hashbrowns that taste like dish soap.
