A visit to Insomnia Cookies while at Fall for Greenville was a stop. Since I was so close I made a cookie run. Insomnia Cookies... has a big selection of cookies. I got two snickerdoodle cookies and the last two salted caramel cookies. The cookies were stillwarm, soft and chewy. The salted caramel is their best seller, but I didn?t like it. Read more

They were closed at 4pm on Saturday and hours posted were noon till 1am. Huge black lock on door, like a realtor lock..not a... normal lock for a restaurant. We walked there from smoke on water restaurant and very disappointed to see they wereclosed. Very hard to find if you aren't familiar with area. It was hard to find and we could went up the steps to Camper downbut no signage pointing us so followed GPS and went down a block onto broad street and walked past the Starbucks towardsinsomnia cookies. It was in the middle of the buildings and no signs pointing to it. I almost walked past the building. Lightsoff and Both doors were closed, with a big black lock on outside of doors. Probably will never come back to try it again.Doesn't seem worth the effort. Read more

Ha, this place was awesome. I think the clerk was on his last day or something. The lady in front of me ordered something really... fancy and complicated. Should have cost $20+. Guy rings it up: $9 and change. Her jaw actually dropped. "Nine dollars? Are yousure?" "Yes, ma'am." When it was my turn, I ordered a classic six pack, three of chocolate chunk, three of white chocolatemacadamia. The clerk puts three odd-looking cookies in the box. Uh, what are those? He tells me those are mint something. I say"sorry, I asked for white chocolate macadamia." He adds three of the correct cookie, leaves the three odd ones. "Uh, I don'tneed the mints." "They're on the house." "Uh, okay!" He rings it up: $7.29 total. Should have been $11 plus tax. So I got ninecookies (which was three more than I could eat) for the price of four-ish. Incidentally, they were nice and warm and tasty. Comeenjoy the bonanza while it lasts, folks! Read more

We visited this location because my daughter wanted to try them out. The service was friendly. The cookies were hot and fresh.... The oatmeal raisen were my favorite. If you use the app to order 12 cookies you get 6 more FREE. The young lady serving us alsothrew in a few extra because some of the cookies broke going into the box. There is free parking on the streets surrounding thislocation. Overall worth our wait to get fresh hot cookies. ?? Read more

Really enjoyed discovering this little gem. Some delicious ice cream and cookie options. We had the cookie?wich, which is any... choice of ice cream sandwiched between any two cookies of your choice. The cookies were perfectly warm which really enhancedthis dessert. I think this would be a great spot to hit after eating dinner at a different location. The kids really enjoyed theice cream as well! 5/5 Read more

My husband & I were told by his sister that this place was pretty good & had vegan options. I had seen Insomnia cookies back in... NY many times but never bothered to try. We went & weren?t blown away. The cookies were good definitely with some milk when wegot home. But judging from their menu options as well I didn?t see much to impress. We usually go to American Cookies. Read more

The cookies are hot and tasty but the service at the Greenville NC location is less than lukewarm. My delivery was 45 minutes... late yesterday and instead of putting happy birthday on the cake, they put a thank-you message but included a card that saidhappy birthday. Who does that? Read more
