I came here for lunch before heading out of town back to Wilmington NC. The lobby was closed and I?m not sure why. Maybe bc of... how the pandemic has affected a lot of businesses with short staff. The food was good and the people were nice enough. Would Icome back, yes. Would I go out of my way to go back to this one, I mean if I?m hungry lmao. I went through the drive-thru there were two or three cars ahead of me nothing special I could see the bags getting handed to... the ones it was like a single bag it wasn't like they ordered for 20 people it took 30 minutes from the time I pulled in and Ihad to wait for 5 minutes before I could even place the order and then the rest of the time there was no business inside therestaurant at all what the hell Read more

Drove through at just past 10pm on a Friday night, and there was no answer at the drive through. No cars in parking lot, and... lights were on inside store. Didn't see a soul inside the building. Seems no one was working even though hours posted said theyshould be open. These Greenville Jack in the Box restaurants are so horrible. They need to just close them for good. Read more

Well they are never open when I go here, even thou they are 24 hours and if they are open they dont ever get my order right or... they give me old food. I used to love this place but I don't know what happened but they are not what they used to be. Plus theyare higher prices and they give you less food so wouldn't advice going here ever. Read more

Food was ok, problem was after a long trip,we had to pee. The doors were open, walked in then got told to get out because dining... area is closed. No sign telling it's closed inside, so I had to pee outside in the parking lot next to the building. Read more

TERRIBLE! Came to order food around 7pm yesterday to be told "hold on a minute" at the speaker, which is fine. (Even though... that's not customer service, which includes greeting a customer, even in a drive thru) After waiting a few minutes I say "hello"to be ignored, so I sat there for another minute. Then I decided to pull through to see there's one car at the window, ONE. JackIn The Box needs to do better. Here's a picture of your employees vehicles, I'd say they need better training. Service is normally terrible but the food is usually ok. Today both were terrible. I came through at 7:32 pm and ordered 10... tacos. I received those and went home. When I got home my son went to eat one and it was just soggy grease filled tortilla.They're always a little greasy but that's too be expected. This was so greasy by the time I returned grease was soaking throughthe bottom of the bag. Since they were only half cooked I guessed I headed back and called on the way to give them a heads up.Mind you it took me 30 minutes total to go back and forth again. I told the girl on the phone about it and she told me i neededto bring the entire order and receipt back. That's was fine except for the part of the one that had already tried to be eaten. Ididn't think she would want a half chewed up taco brought back so I told her I had 9 I was bringing back. She said she wouldreplace 9! I was like are you serious? I'm having to come all the way back there because the first time they were made wereinedible. She then forcefully put me on my place and repeated " like I said i will replace 9! You already ate 1!" Ok it wasntreally eaten but ok. If you want to make that big of a deal over a 65 cent taco fine. I just thought it was really crazy beingdemanded like that and not even having the full order remade. It wasnt my fault I had to bring them back. I was the one beinginconvenienced! Then when I got there to return them the girl at the window pretty much handed the bag out and shut the windowon me before I could even say thank you. Our server who took our order seemed like he didn't really want his job . He took our order but couldn't really answer any... questions we asked him about the menu. My little girl ordered the #14 which is nuggets & curly fries & a drink , her fries wereold & had been left under the heat lamp for too long & were not good. My food was ok I got the new quad burger combo & my frieswere better than the ones that my little girl got . My other half ordered the loaded mini tacos combo & they didn't even try tomake it even close to looking presentable or even close to making it appetizing. The meat on my burger was so thin but at leastit was prepared well & not burnt or raw, it was juicy & not dry. My fries were not overly salty they were just right. The diningroom needed to be cleaned & tables wiped down & the drink station needed to be cleaned. Read more
