Love joy of tokyo and have never had a bad experience until i went to this location tonight. food was cold, rice was hard. after... waiting for 35 minutes for it. when i went to tell the lady working the front counter she rolled her eyes at me threw more ricein another box put it on the counter and walked away not saying a word. i understand being understaffed ( if that was the issue) but other people that walked in after us got their food way before us. people we went with never got their food because after35 minutes of waiting the guy in the back ( manager ) told them it would be at least another 15-20 minutes for their sushibecause they had to go orders to do before there food would be started ( even though they had ordered right after us ).absolutely horrible experience.
