Love joy of tokyo and have never had a bad experience until i went to this location tonight. food was cold, rice was hard. after... waiting for 35 minutes for it. when i went to tell the lady working the front counter she rolled her eyes at me threw more ricein another box put it on the counter and walked away not saying a word. i understand being understaffed ( if that was the issue) but other people that walked in after us got their food way before us. people we went with never got their food because after35 minutes of waiting the guy in the back ( manager ) told them it would be at least another 15-20 minutes for their sushibecause they had to go orders to do before there food would be started ( even though they had ordered right after us ).absolutely horrible experience. Was in town visiting my son and he' had us come here for takeout. Unfortunately they don't have dine in as of 8-14-20 anyway.... The food was great prices were well worth it. I understand there's quite a few of these in the Greenville area, I found out bygoing to wrong one too meet him. But that one looked just as good. The one I went to was on Lauren. One of my favorites! Get the steak and chicken hibachi. The white sauce is the best thing ever.

Food is amazing because the cooks know what they are doing. This locations food is 10 times better than the one on Augusta... road... However, the women cashiers are horrible! They are very rude. One of them brings their kids to the restaurant while sheworks. I see the kids there almost every time I go. They are wild and running around the store throwing paper airplanes, one gotthrown and hit me. It?s very unprofessional. If this restaurant would have better cashiers, they would be getting 5 stars.
