I took the time to do an online order after calling the store four times and got no answer. So I went into the store and as I'm... waiting in line I continued calling and everybody ignored the phone so I still can order by phone. When I said something to themabout not answering the phone I got attitude from the girl taking orders and I had to explain to her as to how she treatscustomers because that is not how you treat customers in any kind of way in the hospitality they need to improve on theircustomer service and be able to handle the amount of customers that come in the door through the drive-thru they don't know howto do it and then definitely need customer service training by the end I had called them 15 times and still did not get ananswer on the phone Read more

Terrible experience at this location. Ordered the pizza ahead of time and got a time of 15-20mins until pizza would be ready. I... showed up 30mins after ordering and the food was not ready. The girl at the window told me it would be another 20-30minutes.They gave me a buzzer to keep and wait in my car until the food was ready. Over and hour after ordering my 2 pizzas andbreadsticks were finally ready. They did not even apologize or anything just said they were behind. Not sure what they werebehind on either because there were not many people going in to pickup or people in the drive thru. We normally use thislocation but this was NOT a good experience. Just had surgery walked down 3 flights of stairs went and got my pizza and wings. Checked my wings to make sure they was right... and just grabbed my pizza. Get back home walk up 3 flights of stairs to find out my pizza is wrong. Immediately call back and noone is answering phone. Been calling for over 10 mins now. Read more
