First off I would like to say I have always enjoyed little Caesars pizza, but this trip has given me reason to NEVER get food... from here again. I get home with my pizza take out a slice, take a big bite and start to chew. A few seconds later a very hardcrunch. I remove the half eaten bite of pizza to find what looks like a piece of a TOOTH in the mess I remove from my mouth! Idon't have any holes in my teeth, nor do I have any pieces missing BTW. I attempted to call that little Caesars for an hour,each time the phone rang and rang until I get an automated message and it hangs up on me. Mind you it is barely after 4pm in theafternoon. If they refuse to take customer complaints I will just have to send this piece of tooth into a lab, and if it is apiece of tooth I will be starting a lawsuit. Went in Sunday for an extra most bestest pizza. Had to wait about 15 minutes in the lobby. Pizza was excellent and so was the... service. Sarah was especially nice and very friendly. Great customer service. I will be back Read more

This ia an affordable pizza place that you will not recieve any frills with! Today Mar 5th, I ordered pizza and a dessert from... this location! It was ready on time if not early, the pizza looked great. I was missing the desert. I had to ask, amd was handeda cold cellophaned wrapped 4 pc dessert that was in the wrapper they come in. I guess I didnt know what to expect! It wasntthis! Everyone was friendly otherwise and there was plenty of employees to help and keep things moving! This is the WORST LC in Greenville. The first few times I never rated because although the wait times are jokes the customer... service was ALWAYS superb. Especially the lady with the colorful green/blue hair she was always so sweet. However it?s differentnow, the food is disgusting. Pizza sticks to the box. You give out a timer that don?t time correctly and if I order online Istill wait 20-30 mins past my given time, now to top that off, you got these new people that work there and the customersservice is TERRIBLE. I would risk it before due to how much I loved the people there but now I wouldn?t bother. Read more
