We will never order anything from here again! We special ordered a pizza yesterday and when we got it home, it was one of their... regular low price pizzas....we were charged over $11. I tried to call and no one would answer the phone. I called this morningand supposedly spoke to a "manager" who said he would be there all day and HE would make us a new pizza to pick up at5:30....husband went to get it-no manager and no one knew anything about it. This happened to us one other time but nomore.....this particular Little Caesars has very poor work ethic and obviously doesn't keep their word. Read more

This Little Ceasers used to be good, but now the quality of the food has decreased significantly. The pizza is always burnt or... too greasy. I been to other Little Ceasers in Greenville and they are far better than this location. Read more

The hot and ready is good if you're in a hurry but that being said the boy and ready pizza is what you get for the price, 35%... over cooked and almost 90%of the time the pizza are almost never fully cut and have to slice them apart yourself. If you get thepizza that isn't the got and ready then it's worth it, still not fully cut but the quality is way better. Read more

Came for a hot & ready pepperoni & a sausage. I knew i would have to wait on the sausage. I had no problem doing that. I should... have checked before i left. Got home & my sausage pizza was definitely lacking something... On top of that, the middle is almostcompletely raw. Very disappointed. I would have gladly waited a few more minutes for it to be done correctly. I wasn't rude oranything so there was really no reason to rush the pizza. I used to supervise a little caesars. Well, we ordered two (2) deep dish pizzas from this Little Caesars, and there was absolutely NO sauce on either pizza; so, the... we essentially got cheese bread. I called and spoke to the manager, and the first words out of his mouth was that he couldn'tdo anything unless I drove the pizza back to the store, and he would look at it and decide what to do. His attitude wasconfrontational and unprofessional. I even did not get an apology. So, buyer(s) beware...this Little Caesars' food qualityreally sucks, store management is cavalier, and as a result, I will never order another pizza from this store again! Read more

If you plan on closing early and closing your lobby, please update your options on your apps. Apps show closing at 10 and... allow you to order then get to the store to be closed. Had a pickup in the portal and can?t get in the lobby?I don?t mindchanges but please reflect them. Read more

We love little caesars. Ordered 4 pies for a birthday party and were told it would be a 20 minute wait. Showed up at the store... at the 20-minute mark. I was asked for my name and told they would check my order. The guy working the register dealt with somesketchy customers for about 10-15 minutes, and then got back to me and said he would go check on the status again. Watched himpull our order out of the warmer. It had been in there the entire time I was waiting. :/ Again, great product! Justdisappointing service at this location. Read more
