This is the only one I go to near my home. They have decent service. Fries are always fresh and hot, esp when I dine in. The... staff is always friendly and smiling. I love the convenience of ordering on the self-checkout machine. The dining room is alwaysclean as well as the bathrooms. The manager is always nice and friendly. The only thing I don't like is when you order from thespeaker outside they take longer than normal or take too long to speak to you. We ordered the cheeseburger/nuggets bundle. It came with 2 cheeseburgers, 20 piece nuggets & 2 orders of fries. We ordered 1... plain cheeseburger & got both burgers plain. Ordered Sweet & Sour sauce for the nuggets & got Tangy BBQ instead. The fries werewarm but not hot. The nuggets were the only thing that was right. Very disappointed! Read more
The only reason we even go to this McDonald's is because it's close to the house. But today marked the last time we would go. I... used the drive thru and I was asked to pull up to the 3rd window as they were still making my food. 25 minutes went by and stillno food came out. I went inside to find out the delay only to find out the employees had given my food to another car in thedrive thru. We were on a time crunch already and they had to remake the food. Sat for 20 minutes in line waiting for 2 coffees. Only one guy ahead of me in line, he ended up leaving waiting to have order... taken it seemed. All that time and the coffee tasted watered down. Ordered on the app because the drive thru line was crazy long and joined the line for pickup, and my 3.5 year old son had... specifically requested nuggets for his happy meal... and we got a container full of tarter sauce in his happy meal box. What aday-ruiner for a 3.5 year old (and their momma) and the most UNhappy meal ever! We also were upcharged for a drink that we weretold wasn?t available when we got to the pickup window, but the charge wasn?t reversed. They got our other drink order wrong anddidn?t even see the standard happy meal drink options selected until I pointed it out. What a joke. Read more
They always forget a sauce or charge for an extra sauce and they don't put it in the bag or they forget a fry or burger or... totally put the Happy Meal together wrong. But clean and food is usually hot and not a long wait after payment. Read more
