Haven't been to a McDonald's in years. Got hungry and thought I would run up the street and get some breakfast. Pulled up to... the drive thru. Not sure what came through the speaker, but it was unintelligible. I asked for a repeat. Ordered my food. The order was repeated to me. When I confirmed I heard, "Ok. Pull around to pay" in a I-hate-my-job tone. I get it. Pulledaround and there are three windows. I wasn't told which window, so hesitated at the first one and the worker didn't acknowledgeme. I pulled forward to the next window. No one there. So I backed up to the first window. She eventually opened the windowand held out her hand for my payment. I paid. She handed my card back and said "pull forward." Again, there are two windows. No one at the first. Pulled to the second. No one there. A worker is standing out front chatting with someone pulled to thecurb. After about 30 more seconds, they fist bump and the worker goes into the store. By this time there is someone behind meat the first window and I'm thinking about cutting my losses. Then someone comes to the window I'm at, hands me a bag and says"You drove on by the window. Do you need anything else?" I ask for my drink. I wanted to explain that I wasn't directed to aparticular window and the first one wasn't being worked, but I figured he knew that. My drink came. I will say this worker wasvery friendly, unlike the order taker. Horrible customer experience. And the icing is that the orange juice seemed to be halfjuice and half water. Thanks McDonald's! Waited outside 20 minutes after ordering a double quarter pounder. Others came and left. Wife went in and got a refund. No... apologies or offers. Don't go here if you are hungry and want to eat quickly. Would be a good place to hang out for an hour anda half to eat a burger. Definitely not a fast food place. Read more

Well, forgive me...it's McDonald's the greatest fast food chain of all time. They have remained relevant for like 70 yrs or... something. They have changed and the only reason I'm there is I have kids and they love them. So it's four stars from them. Idocked you star because it's McDonald's and after 70 years you have not improved the health of your offering. But let's stayfocused, I docked you another star because you didn't give me all my order, but I guess that's what I get for not unpacking theentire order to ensure all the fries were there. And this after I had to ask for my drink sitting on the stand. But again itMcDonald's. In fairness, no issues with the food we did receive. Read more
Ordered the adult happy meals, which they offered at the drive thru. When we got to the window they told us they don?t actually... have them yet and asked us if we still wanted the order. After we said yes they told us they also didn?t have our drinksavailable. Settled on a half full sprite that ended up being just soda water and was overcharged for a meal we didn?t even get. My sandwich was extremely dry. Meat and the bread. I?m sure it was made at the very beginning of lunch and sat there. Returned... it right away. They gave me all fresh food. The night manager; wish I knew her name. I never have an issue when she is thereafter 4pm it?s usually just her and the deaf cook. She always has a smile and great attitude. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle. They handed me my sprite and told me to have a good day. I told them I still needed... my food. The lady looked at me like it was crazy that I would order more than a sprite at a McDonalds. She handed me some foodand you could very clearly tell she had no idea if it was what I ordered or not. I asked her to check several times to make sureit was right. She refused and insisted that it was the right order and that I was holding customers up. First, they upped our fries to large with a meal that we didn't ask for, henceforth causing us to pay more. But the real stink... is that they didn't open the fry cartons all the way and we were missing out on fries. This seems like an attempt from theMcDonalds to start ripping people off.
