Really really poor quality food. It was fine when a combo was 6 bucks, but I pay 10+ for a large combo that's comes out looking... like doo doo. Portions and quality have all diminished while prices continue to go up. Please make it make sense. I includedphotos from my two visits this week. One was a chicken sandwich combo(more like chicken nugget sandwhich) and a quarterpounder. Read more
Some McDonald's are good and some are bad. My first time at this one. Also my LAST time at this one. Had to correct the person... taking the order... TWICE... Then the person at the register wanted to argue about what I had ordered. I had to correct himTWICE too. Unbelievable...!! Read more
I love this McDonald's thus far which you can't often say of any McDonald's. Ok t isn't for the food though which is u no... unusually good and properly prepared. Paid for two orders the double line is a mess, manager says come back later to get refund better year just come get a... meal????too busy to refund my card so I go to get the coverage and no ody knows the guy. Went through the drive thru,double lanes paid for three extra meals for some other person They were too busy to refund the... amount to my card or give the extra food, said come back and get extra free food another day and then refuse to honor PoorMcDonald's you need it more than me. What should have been so simple turned into the longest unnecessary experience ever! Third at drive-thru for medium fry and a... Coke. After 15 minutes of waiting, I was served cold limp fries. I had the young lady replace the fries, she agreed and askedthat I pull over. Waited an additional 15 minutes and finally went in. Stood at the register for 5 mins, had someone from thekitchen looked in my face, she did not say anything nor did she alerted anyone else to my presence. Someone randomly walkingthrough noticed and turned around to assist. I explained the situation and asked that if there were no fresh Fries that I wouldtake a strawberry pie. This should have been a free strawberry pie along with the fries that you owe me from 30 minutes ago. Somuch for customer service. These were all young untrained youngsters likely experiencing their first job. That's great but trainthem. Restaurants want to remain open but your service and quality will eventually close you anyway. I got the apple pies atabout 4:16 pm. As prices go up the food and service go down hill. Why would I pay 12 or $13 for a combo when I can pay $15 for all you can eat... buffet at Big boys. I understand that your prices are going up like everybody else, but if you're going to do that make sure thefood is the same if not better and please stop being so stingy on the quantity of food you give.
