Drive through SUPER slow. Cashier and pick up window workers were nice but food was ABYSMAL. Fish fillet was overcooked and had... a dime sized spot of what was supposed to be tarter sauce. Bun wasn't fresh. Inedible. McDouble didn't have the usual cheese andwas not hot or on a fresh bun either. Food was inedible. Horrible. Read more
The fries and other food are really good. Staff are very pleasant, helpful and courteous. At this location, unfortunately at... night I've encountered a lot of homeless people walking around occasionally soliciting which can be an uncomfortable situation.Not much you can do about that because of the location but heavier police presence in the area might help Read more
Honestly this is my opinion but this is probably the worst McDonald?s in greenville. Everyone has an attitude and are stuck up... and acts like they don?t want to be there. Say whatever you want about the franchise but they need to hire people who haveactual communication skills and proper manners regardless of their fast food restaurant. 30 minutes waiting for uber delivery rats and they were serving a new type of food. McGhetto is now available the employees were... rude and seem were smoking weed on bak. Was served a raw chicken cutlet biscuit. You have to see it to believe it. Took four bites in the dark car before realizing the... crunch was raw poultry and not gristle. First time I've ever vomited due to a meal. (Didn't even know McD had non pre-preparedfood. So, shocking in two regards.) Could not reach restaurant over the phone to let them know. If I could give this rating a -5 I would. The manager on duty was absolutely disrespectful as well as rude none of them were in... uniform the drive-thru operator began to get frustrated and raise his voice at me as well as cuss while talking to me. He alsomade his co-worker a very very helpful and sweet lady named Chrissy who deserves a raise or at least praise for the way shehandled the situation, and try to tell her to shut up and get out the way. I was left in the Drive-Thru for over 13 minuteswaiting on someone to take my order while he helped seven other customers in front of me then after me and my ride tried tellingthe manager and the drive-through operator that they were wrong and we wanted to fix the problem he shoved the food through thewindow then said "we good...
