If I could give 0 stars I would. The place is nasty, they are completely slow and need help. Playing loud rap music. Yell and... screaming. This is McDonald?s, one of the easiest places to work and they make it out like it?s hard. There is no hope for thisgeneration what so ever. Read more
If i could give this place a zero i would but since i can?t i give them a 1 they were very rude and didn?t let me finish my... statement before cutting me off. We asked for fresh fries and they gave us room temp. they were out of sweet tea, frappes, andmilkshakes chocolate and strawberry. Just sad. ???? You place your order at a kiosk, and take a placard. They are supposed to bring it to the table; instead just... yelled the number from behind the counter. Went to pick it up, looked at us lije we were crazy when we asked for the three cupsand bottled water we bought and paid for. No apples in all three happy meals. Looks like a redesigned location. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I tried to order a big breakfast for 4.59 and the worker would ring it up as 7.68.... He said this was the case because he had to add the hash brown separately. Whether this was true or not this is blatant falseadvertising. You can advertise a order for 4.59 then charge 7.68 I ended up leaving without any food because I refuse to supporta business that false advertises. Read more
I?ve had multiple bad experiences with this McDonald?s in particular. If you want coffee, go somewhere else. Every time I order... something from here it?s wrong or if I order from the McCafé menu they say they can?t make it. (I used to order frappe?s buttheir machines are always down so I order the iced version of it instead which they usually can make)Today I ordered the Icedcaramel mocha because I wanted to skip the hassle of them telling me their machine was down again. For some stupid reason, theysaid that they couldn?t make it because their machine was down. I?m not asking for a frappe I?m asking for an iced coffee. Soyou?re saying you can?t make an iced coffee w/ caramel and chocolate syrup? You?ve done it before when you?ve confirmed thatyour machine is down. I?m hoping this was just a fluke visit? I came in to grab a quick bite before going to see a movie. To make a long story short,... I didn?t even get my food and I didn?t even have time to wait to get my refund. I arrived at 7:00, was done placing my orderinside by 7:04 and waiting all the way until 7:23 to inquire about a refund. According to the employee, the manager was in thekitchen and wasn?t able to come up to give me a refund. I went back after the movie and still wasn?t able to talk to a managerabout a refund. Fairly good experience here. We ordered through the drive thru. We did have a small wait time to order but the food was ready by... the time we made it to the second window after paying. All the food was fresh and hot. Prices were good. Read more
Ridiculously slow service. I got a mobile order and went to pick it up, only to stand in line for over 15 minutes. Served... multiple people without ever even asking me why I was standing there. When I finally said something about my order, the ladybehind the desk shouted ?I called it 3 times and nobody answered!? and then the bag basically got tossed on my lap by who Iassume was the manager. No courtesy at all. I?m normally not one to complain about anything but the attitude these people gaveme was incredible, and even after ALL of that, they still did not get my order right.
