Consistently sad drive thru times. 14 minutes today from waiting to order to pick up a single cup of coffee that wasn?t even the... drink I ordered nor the size I paid for... I was the only car in line when I arrived. By the time I left it was wrapped to themain entrance. I?m a regular to this location, there a few exceptional workers that make it clear they go above and beyond, butthe overwhelming majority really make you feel like you?re the biggest inconvenience for coming to this location. 1:30PM today, there was no soap in either bathroom. There was no sanitizer in either pump at the kiosks. The parking lot was... covered in trash. They forgot my kid's fries, too. The other order of fries we did receive weren't crispy. The cheese on theburgers was cold. I'm being generous with 2 stars because it is McDonald's, and my expectations aren't high. Read more
Placed a curbside order then waited twenty minutes. When no one showed up I went into the drive through. The girl at the second... lane kept her headset on and I could hear everything the whole time, including how frustrated they sounded just having to help acustomer. I got my food, but it was cold and stale. I went back around the drivethru to get fresh food, and instead of gettingan apology for the ordeal, they decided to argue a different version of events to me in some attempt to gaslight me. This isprobably the worst McDonald's in the entire area, as it's not the first time I've had issues there. I placed my original orderat 4:01 PM and drove away with my food at 4:50 PM. Sure, it?s McDonald?s and you never know what to expect. But what a strange experience. Honestly the wait wasn?t the issue for... me. I get it. Places are short staffed. I came late at night so that didn?t surprise me. I don?t mind waiting if my order istaken properly and professionally. First, I could hear the woman talking to her coworkers for about 5-10 minutes through herheadset before she took my order at the microphone. Second, my food looked like it was thrown into the bag. My burger wasfalling apart because it wasn?t wrapped. Third, a literal child took my payment. Not an adult that looks young, seriously thiswas a kid. Probably ten years old. My son really wanted a Happy Meal and a sweet tea today so we stopped in. Unfortunately all of their soda machines were down and... they had no teas or ice. The employees working today were so courteous, apologetic, and offered us canned soda instead. EVERYperson working there deserves a raise. I can only imagine how stressful that has been for them, but they served my family with asmile and offered us the absolute best solution they had available. I hope they are all acknowledged for doing their best in abad situation, we definitely will come back to this location. Read more
So I did the online ordering through the app, it says to save time order and pick up! Um nope, twice I've done this here, and... they have no clue how to run their drive through! They let 6 cars from other side go as I sat and waited. Then took just as longto even get to the window. I understand being short staffed, I work in the industry, but that's no excuse for not knowing how todo your job. I'm late now for my own job. Better not pickup through drive through here. Went to this mcdonald?s tonight to get a large diet coke, off the top the lady at the window was very rude. She yelled at me for... not ordering fast enough ?are you slow something??? I said, I?m sorry hold on, she let out a sigh and once i was done i pulledup to the window gave her my card and when she gave it back she slammed it on the counter and slammed my drink into my handwhere it spilt a little bit, I said have a great day she said ?yea yea go back to mexico you b**ner? This was the messiest I?ve ever seen a McDonald?s. There was not one table that was clean and the workers did t even care. When... we approached them about it, they just said the second shift will be in soon to take care of it. I mean there was one messytable and they table next to it were two workers just sitting down eating there food like no big deal. I feel as if theyshould?ve paid us for cleaning our own table.
