This olive garden had always been on my radar since the sign in the vacant lot said coming soon. Myself and a business partner... visited during lunch and I was not disappointed. Our server though quite busy was courteous and very helpful. Our orders wereout in a timely manner and the food was lovely. This was not a normal Olive Garden experience. I have not been to this location in years… but years ago the service and... everything was good. Last night however, the food was decent but the service was subpar. Maybe they were understaffed. But ourpoor server was running around taking care of big tables and couldn’t keep up. Our negative experience was not his fault… hetried and had a smile on his face the whole time. But, everything was super SLOW. We all got salads and soup and had to wait5-10 minutes between ordering more. We never saw a manager or anyone walking around checking on tables. I visited Saturday June 4th. Had a very good lunch! It's been a while since I had visited Olive Garden and it was a pleasure. I... ordered chicken and shrimp carbonara which was delicious! My Friend ordered the chicken Alfredo and as an appetizer I had thechicken gnocchi soup which was very similar a chicken and dumpling soup. Very good and comforting. We also split the salad whichis always great. The raspberry lemonade is a must. It's delicious. My server was Dallas and I want to state that he is a goodserver. That goes a really long way in the food business. He was attentive and charming! Excellent customer service. So whenevery'all go out to Olive Garden suggest Dallas! Not happy with Olive Garden services. When I go to work I am getting paid to deliver Host extremely unfriendly, bar tender... unfriendly. Bartend could not give us a drink that’s virgin okay fine did not offer any alternatives, we sat next to the barand she walk around us 4 times in and out the bar and never even look at us, insane this is not the Olive Garden services I amaccustomed to, ask the host to sing a happy it day song and bring us a birthday cake, host said I need to go online; aftertalking for 10min i realise that online form is for free cake. I did not ask for a free cake… now I am not happy because I amblack I am asking for something free? Not sure… anyways food was good staff need to be train. Never again at this location forus…. Our server Russo was fantastic! He made excellent recommendations to us for our appetizer and meal. We had the Eggplant... Parmigiana with a side of meat balls, and Cheese Ravioli with Italian sausage and meat sauce. Our appetizer was the spinachartichoke dip with pita points. The endless salad was delicious and fresh, bread sticks warm from the oven. We got the tiramisudesserts to go for later tonight.
