For my sons 18th birthday he asked if we could go Outback. To our surprise my MIL called the restaurant and asked if she could... pay for our dinner over the phone. She went on to tell the staff that it was her grandsons birthday. The staff at therestaurant went above and beyond for my son. Everyone who was working that night signed a card for him and they also went andgot him a cookie cake. The kindness shown by the staff will defiantly not be forgotten. Outback used to be a family favorite! We received a $50 gift card for Christmas and thought we would give it a try. We attempted... to order on the app but couldn?t get it to work so called the restaurant. The staff was helpful and professional. Our food wasless than pleasant. The Blooming shrimp were rubbery and tasted like they had been cooked twice. See pic below. The fries weresoggy and not good. The children?s burger was undercooked. The baked potato was OVER cooked on the outside and undercooked onthe inside. Our 5 year old child even looked at us and pointed to the food and give it a thumbs dow .
