I cant even lie and say I enjoyed this establishment. The lack of effort this place makes is beyond me. How many orders do I... have to make before they get it right? 5,10,15?? For the love of everything that?s holy please tell me! EVERYTIME I order fromhere they forget an item. I?m not even making a big order, it?s 2-4 meals at most. They forget the main dish but manage to loadthe bag with their dry baguette. My stomach bowels have also never been the same since I tried their broccoli cheddar Mac. Thisis inane, and I can proudly say that I will never go here.. good soup and sand-which though.. Read more

This Panera is great. It?s huge and has a great outdoor seating area. Very pretty, will be back.

Good food, some unique options and mostly friendly staff. They mostly get our order correct, with only a few exceptions.

Ordered sausage, egg and cheese on sour dough and a fountain drink. Only person in line. The lifeless cashier rang it up as... bacon, egg and cheese. How hard is this to get right? Every single time I've been to Panera they screw something up. I don't askfor substitutions or anything remotely complicated. Employees seem annoyed they have to interact with customers. Drink stationsticky and low on supplies. Small sandwich on stale bread. Read more

My wife and I go to Panera almost every day. We have a limited selection because we follow Caldwell Esselstyn's low fat,... plant-based, heart disease reversing diet (dresselstyn.com). This diet includes no oil, no animal products; basically low fatvegan. Being like local, is how one review video described their goal. This is absolutely correct. We have 3 Panerarestaurants close by and we tend to go to one most often, but all three store managers have known us. Every morning we seeabout 5 or 6 persons or even groups that are in the restaurant every day. The manager, Josh and assistant managers, Tara andKaren, all know us and we share our lives with each other. Even the employees show interest in the customers. During thepandemic, some stores stopped baking sesame bagels, but one store knew that was our regular order and made them anyway so wewould not miss them! Read more

I am giving up on this place. They put cilantro in or on the majority of their dishes. My husband and I are of the about 16% of... the population that cilantro tastes like soap. Even though the cashier was super helpful, my order still came out wrong. I got ablueberry-avocado salad with no avocado. It's right there in the title! My husband is gluten sensitive. There are very fewoptions for him here. It's sad. I used to love Panera. Read more
