App wouldn't work and then after waiting and going through the worst hold call recording I've ever heard in 26 years I was told... my address 2mi away was out of their range even though they've delivered to my house multiple times before. Only 2 workers present. The one was only trained as a cashier causing the second worker to have the majority of the work to do.... Our online order took exactly 1 hour to make, so the cashier refused to give us a soda or any extra for the extended waitstating their policy allowed for up to one hour for online orders. She also had a bad attitude and gave poor directions as towhat to do while we waited. Read more
