Everything is really good. I wish the steak was seasoned. I got a new york strip. The salad bar is great. I went on a Saturday... so the wait was kind of long. I'd be sure to make time to wait if you plan to go on a busy day. Read more

This was our first time eating here. The steaks are what they are known for and they are delicious! The calamari appetizer was... very tasty. The low point of our dining experience was the desserts....Very bland and obviously pre-packaged. If it is yourfirst time here as well, take the time to read the back of the menu...it explains some of the rich history behind this building, the area and the restaurant. Read more

I love going to the Peddler when I?m in the mood for steak! Their food and service is always great. I also love their salad bar.... Pretty chill atmosphere, down to earth and nothing fancy. We had our wedding rehearsal dinner at the peddler a few years ago,and it was also perfect, too. Had a blast with Michelle, the bartender the last time we visited?and we ended up eating at thebar haha! Read more

Best steak house I've ever been to and that's why I love going back. Had the 16oz hand cut steak and let me tell you it was... cooked to perfection in every bite. Oh and the bacon wrapped filet mignon was to die for and the salad bar is absolutely amazingas well as always but the steak takes the ????. Read more

Full honest review below: I?m an avid reviewer and I am always watching to see how things are done etc in restaurants. I always... leave detailed reviews and try to stick to facts alone. Parking was a nightmare but that also could mean good food?. To start, the waiting area (we were told for my party of 4 would be 25 minutes) which was nice with the fire and random artifactshanging. Our table was ready and we were led by a kind hostess to the extended patio section. It began snowing but I believethe heat was not working as it was very cold while we sat at our table. The menu wasn?t filled with prices for the steak sogood luck knowing ahead of time. The menu states you get to pick your size cut if meat which they do in front of you-I didn?treceive this. Paul, our server, was not personable in any way. He never asked if we had been here before just said ?y?all knowwhat you want?. Seems to me for a place as expensive as the peddler it should have better, more personable, wait staff. Ourfood we received was not cooked correctly-ordered 15 oz Ribeye at medium, medium well, and another medium well. One steak wascorrect, mine thankfully, while the other 2 were extremely rare. They attempted the fix it but now the medium steak is now welldone and charcoaled topped. In short, the wait staff, at least Paul, should take a class on delivering quality service at ahigher class(well that?s what they think) since that wasn?t the case with the level of service we received. Additionally, Iwouldn?t waste my money here. I?m sad we were so hyped to come here. Update to add: Melissa is the manager and she?s such afriendly and outgoing person. She came by and apologized immediately. She already knew to offer other items as we did not eatour steaks the 2nd time either. She was very caring and took time to listen to our concerns and took time to go back to thekitchen and talk with her cook staff as well as front staff. She gave us desserts to help give us some food as w Read more

Originally if I could?ve given it 0, I would, however after speaking to the manager, Melissa, I upped the stars. We walked in... and didn?t have to wait long, but we sat in the patio area when it was 35F and snowing outside so needless to say we were cold.It was also dirty and clearly hadn?t been cleaned in a while. Our server, Paul, acted like he had no want to be here and got ourdrinks wrong. Our steaks were awful. My friend ordered medium and it showed up rare with 50% fat, they took it back and when itwas brought again it was medium but charred. My boyfriend ordered a steak that was supposed to be medium well and showed upmedium rare. It came back still under cooked. Our server was nice enough to take one of the steaks off. We still ended up payingroughly $150 for what we could?ve gotten at Longhorn for about $50/55. The manager, Melissa, came by and was wonderful. Sheexplained how everything should have been and very much apologized. She was wonderful and sat down to listen to our entireexperience. She was great - offered us free dessert. Again she was great. She also offered gift cards to encourage us to comeback. We will most likely come back to try again and see if it was just this particular night. Read more

The signature cocktails made the wait so worth it! Haha. The whole bar area was very cool with all of the memorabilia and decor.... We sat on the covered patio for a Christmas dinner party. The server were awesome! She was super personable and got everythingright without missing a beat! The prime rib was amazing and perfectly cooked. It's very seldom that I get meat cooked the way Iordered it! My wife got the blacked mahi and it just as good. I ordered the key lime pie for dessert. I wish I would've orderedthe Reese's cake after seeing someone else at the table order it though haha! The only complaint I have would be the parking.Other than that, the Peddler is always a good time! Read more

You can not make a reservation they open at 5pm and it is 1st come 1st serve. It is a great experience even in the midst of... COVID-19. Their salad bar is very nice and good it has several items to choose from and you may be surprised at what may be onthe bar. I can't tell you everything to keep some wonder alive. It is a hidden gem. I ordered the 12oz Ribeye it is seasoned andgrilled to perfection. This is a steak lovers delight. Read more
