My last two... drivers were exceptionally nice and tonight's driver made me want to change my review. He was so nice and polite. The food was, as expected, excellent. However, your employee showed an unusual amount of dedication to her job and excellence in... service in that she walked to work in the snow. At a time when most other Pizza Huts and other restaurants were closed, thislocation was open. When we arrived at 6pm, we learned ours was the only order so far for that lone employee. Again, an extremelydedicated and valuable employee to walk to work and show up when not necessarily required, and for minimal reward in terms oforder volume. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered my food at 6:23 pm. I received an automated text stating that they have received my... order. @7:23 I received an automated text stating my food was on its way. By 9:00 pm I'm calling them with no response of thephone on their behalf. I would speak to their customer service reps (which are no help whatsoever not sure what they are neededfor) that keep transferring me to the store. I called this store 5 times no response (they never answer the phone). Finally Idrove to the store spoke to a supervisor/store manager by the name of Brandy as I wanted a refund and she tells me that the foodwas delivered. So I ask where and they say to a white house. Finally as the driver is coming around to say something he has asurprised and nervous look as I say my house is light blues he looks it up and says yes white blue and I gave it to someone(that he wasn't able to discribe since he wasn't able to remember because he had so many other delivers that every one was ablur). I NEVER received my food I payed for someone else to eat it. While I'm there trying to get a refund Brandy says I cangive you a credit and remake your food if you like. As I hesitated (when I ask for a refund at this point I don't trust therestaurant anymore with my food) I agreed to the food and a credit. Which I didn't receive. I only received a credit for thefood they gave me at the store not for the entire order that they gave to everyone else. When you credit someone you credit themand replace the mistake you made. Not make the customer pay for it and act as if you're doing them a favor 3 hours later. I willnever order from this store again. The Brandy wasn't rude but she did not do her job. Read more
Omg, I never get a lot of Italian sausages, which I love and the fact that it was very hot when I arrived and loaded with... Italian sausages and pepperonis? was amazing. Just a little less marinara sauce, gives me reflux. Read more
