Do not order extra toppings from this location. We have ordered a pizza weekly from this place including just now. Every time we... order extra they seem to put less than when you don't actually specify you want extra. Very few toppings whatsoever despiteordering extra. Save your money. Read more

I enjoy Pizza Hut. It's been a long time staple of "go to" pizza place. Wish they would bring back the large Detroit style... pizza. They also need a deep dish option. Read more

Called at 7:45 on a Tuesday night to place a pick up order. After waiting on hold for about 10 minutes a lady answers and ask... how can I help you? I said " I would like to place an order". She quickly replies "I can't take any more orders we arecompletely out of dough"! (Seriously) How does a pizza chain this large run out of dough? SMH. Read more

I ordered breadsticks on the website. When I got home from picking up the other, I noticed that there were barely anything on... them. It was majorly plain. Overall this is a 3.5-4 stars out of 5 rating. The pizza was excellent! Flavorful, fresh, full of color, and served the right... temperature. It was one of the better pizzas I?ve had in a while. For that reason alone I will revisit this place. However, onedrawback of ordering online is that it said it was going to take 30-40 minutes to prepare. That seems an excessive amount oftime. The curbside service was a tad slow given that there was only one other car in the parking lot. Special Mention Award goesto the female Pizza Hut employee for the awkward interaction where she initially delivered my pizza to the Black Grand Am infront of me. At some point, realized it wasn?t a blue Toyota Prius, then walked over to me after I waved, and curtly stated,?What?s your name?? immediately followed by, ?Your car?s not blue.? ???? As I didn?t feel like arguing over the color of my car,I just let that comment pass. I can?t say it left me confident in her people skills or ability to communicate. Seems like a consistent bad experience with delivery, which is true. It took about 3 hours for the food to arrive. By no means... do I blame the driver. The pizza itself was extremely shotty and not cut through all the way. The pizza was not put togetherwell. Cold. I don?t know if this location doesn?t pay their workers enough or what, but regardless they need to step somethingup. Being frustrated is one thing but being frustrated AND hungry seriously blows. Very dissatisfied. Picture shows completelyburnt onions (one pizza has mushrooms, that?s not the one I?m referring to) and poor cutting (Thhaaats the mushroom one). Read more
