I ordered from here today for the first time ever and the food was bland to be honest. I ordered lasagna, spaghetti with meat... sauce and a canoli. The lasagna and spaghetti were both bland and the canoli was dipped in chocolate and had chocolate syrup onit and you couldn't taste the actual filling. Salad was ok, but the dressing was almost all oil. Rolls were ok as well but notamazing. I had high hopes from previous reviews, but disappointed in quality. Read more

I ate here with a party of eight on a Tuesday evening. We had reservations so there was no waiting. Our waiter was very polite... and good at his job. He took our orders right away and brought out some very good dinner rolls. It didn’t take very long forall of our orders to be brought out. However my wife’s steak was undercooked and had to be sent back to the kitchen. Otherthan that, it was a pleasant experience to eat here. Read more

10,000 stars. You walk into Portofino's to be welcomed like family. I have been dining here for over 10 years and it remains my... top 5 favorite restaurants in Greenville. It has the best Italian + service + staff combo out of anywhere I've ever been. Theprices are great too! The menu is diverse enough to fit any taste. It's a great solo, date, and family restaurant.
