My grandmother and I decided to stop at Pretzel Maker for a the same thing we ordered a few days prior(We always come when I... visit SC) which was a pretzel and LG raspberry lemonade drink. My grandmother gave the cashier a coupon that clearly said it waato be used at ANY location it is acceptable. Both cashiers were going back and forth telling my grandmother she had to order herpretzel online when it clearly said it could be used at a physical location. After we ordered the pretzel I asked if I couldorder my LG raspberry lemonade drink after I went to sit down I sipped the drink which was not raspberry at all my grandmothereven had a sip and said it didnt taste like raspberry at all. After I told the other cashier that took the orginals place shetold me that was raspberry, the drink actually tasted like the raspberry jolly rancher drink that was on another coupon forPretzel maker instead of just replacing the drink(which all I wanted was a replacement not a refund) she decided to continuegoing back and forth with me over a LG drink that I paid for! For their rude customer service (because clearly she was too busyon the phone to have decent customer service to do her job.) I will be calling corporate to report this and Pretzel Maker haslost two loyal customers. They clearly disregarded us about the pretzel coupon and my drink I'm very disappointed. Read more

you know this place should never get a bad rap but only bad service can cause it. If you are running a business and you offer 3... different sizes of pretzels offer the 3 sizes don't hide your little small cup choice away so you can make higher gross profitoff the the bigger sizes. And don't complain to the customer when they ask for another choice that you offer and you want tohide it as well. Yeah sat at home thinking about almond flavored pretzel bites/ instead I got a large (b/c I felt like the sm.size wasn't available)cold cup of cinn. and sugar pretzel bites. I came to try some new and it was a bad idea i order some of the mozzarella balls and they didn?t have them and didn?t tell me... so i had to wait more then 10 min for them.also ordered a cold cappuccino I think and that was so water down it was not good andcharged me almost 20 just for some nasty salty oily mozzarella balls and a water down coffee worst experience ever.
