It?s Quick Trip. Best gas station in the upstate hands down. If I must eat gas station food and I have no other option in a... pinch. This is the only place I will get it from. Normally I love QT, but what is the point of having face masks required signs if you are not going to hold your own employees... let alone your customers to it. I saw a gentleman walk in, no face mask and no staff addressed it. Also most of the staffweren't even wearing their masks properly, they go over your nose too. Read more
QT used to be one of the best places to stop now you might as well go elsewhere. Their QT kitchens used to have good food made... correctly and fast, now it's just thrown together whenever and however they feel. After 14 minutes of waiting I asked againabout my order and was told there wasn't one, they finally made the food after showing the recipe and Daijah sets it on thecounter and walks away... I ask is that a chicken quesadilla??? She replies it should be if that's what you ordered, then shewalks away again. I understand that it may have been cleared by accident, no big deal but at least say sorry for the wait orsir here is your quesadilla. They were not short staffed, just poor management. I have 9 guys and 6 trucks that used to eatbreakfast and fuel up each morning and usually stop for a quick lunch. We usually stop at spinx now because of QT's low qualityfood (especially the chicken biscuits). Its sad that they had a good thing going but I guess they got too big to manageproperly. I know several other companies that have the same complaints as I do with the continuous lowering of standards that isthe norm at QT now. Today's issue was from this QT, but recently all in the area are on the same downhill trend. If theyactually try they could turn their business around in just a few days if they managed their managers correctly, it's not theemployees fault.... they only do what they are allowed to do.
