Got a burrito bowl. It was awful. 1.the salsa was already mixed making it weirdly soggy. 2.The beans and rice tasted cold as if... they had come from the fridge (or maybe they were made cold by the cold salsa being added prior to my receiving it). 3. Thefajita veggies were chewy/hard. 4. it had absolutely no flavor. 5. I tried to suffer through a few bites because I was veryhungry but the coldness and chewy vegetables made it pretty much inedible and I ended up throwing most of it in thetrash. eww... Read more

Constant Problem - Never Addressed Tonight is the 3rd time in a month that I have ordered diner from this location using their... app. Each time, when arriving to claim my order, the Coke Freestyle machine was lacking many/most choices for drinks. The firstcouple of times, I was able to search and find something that I could tolerate to drink with my meal. Coke Zero was notavailable any of the times. In fact, only once was any version of Coke available and that was just Diet Coke. Tonight, themachine was out of EVERYTHING, except a powerade or flavored water.  Ridiculous...so I pointed this out to the employee at thecounter, but she had little interest in this problem. I pointed out that this was the 3rd time that this had happened.  Shesaid "yeah the machine isn't working right now." I explained that I wasn't getting what I had paid for and since this was the3rd time, I wanted a refund for the drinks at the least.  She said she couldn't. I asked for a manager and another employeecame out of the back, but I'm not sure she was a manager. She said the new owner wanted to replace the machine but hadn't yet. Duh! So until its replaced or repaired, the restaurant should have another method to get drinks...perhaps cans or remove drinksfrom the app/online.  She also said a refund wasn't an option. This should not happen 3 times over the time frame of amonth.  I will not be going back here given the lack of interest in providing customers with what is paid for in advance. Read more

I think we lost the flavor here when the world lost it?s sense of taste and smell. I used to order this joint on the regular... when I worked close by. And it used to be great. Now it seems each individual ingredient on my pork quesarito was simply bland,and covered with equally bland queso. The rice and beans had zero taste. The guac was fresh (1 star for that) but again, plainat best. The portion size was nice, but with each consecutive bite I was just left hoping it would get better. I?m not gonnalie, I actually dug around for a couple hot and mild packets of Taco Bell sauce to bring this giant saucy burrito thing to life.I wish the pork had some life to it. I wish anything was better about my lunch today to get us over the hump to 3 stars. But itwas just so boring. I think they nail the chips, and the tortilla was on point (another star). But everything else inside andout could?ve shortened this too long review down to one word: unremarkable. Read more

I'll give 2 stars bc I've been here before and had good service, but I went in tonight 25 minutes before closing and ended up... just leaving without any food. I waited several minutes for an employee to stop texting and take my order, and then he was sorude that I just told him nevermind. It was clear that he was annoyed with having to take my order and prepare the food he hadalready put away. It's a shame that people who eat later don't get the same service as those who eat earlier. Stopped in to try something new and also redeem my free birthday burrito from the app. Sunday afternoon around 11:30 and pretty... quiet, there is ample space for seating and lots of it for when the crowd picks up. Hubby for a bowl to eat it said it wasdecent, I got the nachos and they were pretty good, they had a decent amount of topping to choose from, a nice drink machinewith tons of choices, the sweet tea was pretty good and I really enjoyed the music they had on, my only complaint was it waslike 50 degrees outside and the air was blasting inside so I tried to hurry and eat to get out and warm up! I don?t leave reviews for places a lot but Rick deserves 5 stars and more. We ordered a large catering order for our work event... and Rick was on time, helpful, prepared, and incredibly kind. It is clear that he takes pride in his work and it made for agreat lunch for our team. Best delivery from any restaurant I?ve ever worked with by far. Not nearly as good as Chipotle or Qdoba. Friendly staff. Fair price. Men's bathroom was dirty and there wasn't even a hand-dryer... or towel dispenser. Read more

I hate writing negative reviews on local businesses but hopefully this?ll make them better. This was my first time here and was... excited to try it. When I got to my table, I saw that it was already dirty with crumbs and drink stains/smudges on the table. Iended up cleaning it myself. I did enjoy the tacos I order but the salsa was very bland compared to other places I?ve tried. Butthe real reason for the review was when I got up to leave, one of the staff members cleaned a table with napkins that was leftbehind from the other patron. After he scrubbed and wiped down that table with those napkins, he proceeded to the next tablewith those same napkins from the table. In all, he cleaned 3 tables with someone else?s napkins that were left behind. Nocleaning solutions. No rags. Nothing. I know he realizes there?s a deadly pandemic going around and he just doesn?t care. Peoplecautiously come out and visit these restaurants and it?s disheartening to see carelessness like this. Perhaps the owners aren?tdoing a good job in training their staff but these actions have deadly consequences. I won?t be returning. I realize reviewslike these hurt businesses; but I?d rather not have someone die because of these practices. Good luck and stay safe. Keepdisinfectant wipes in your car and wash down your own tables so you know it?s clean. You gotta look out for your own health andsafety. Read more
