Love the stuffed pizza ???? Great place to grab a quick slice while I?m running errands in the area or if I?m having a day at... the mall. They are awfully popular cause sometimes their line is four or five times longer than any other restaurant in themall. Every slice is fresh baked while I watch. Can?t get better than that. And the tattood guy was very nice suggesting what totry next and seemed proud of what he was serving and the other guys seemed nice but more shy. The employees of this location refuse to make orders. We ordered a pizza and two strombolis, only to wait an hour and be told... they would not fulfill our order. I guess they aren?t paid enough to do their jobs? Oh well, after being a Sbarro customer formore than 20 years, never again. Not that anyone will care. Avoid. Read more
Easily one of the top 5 worst meals I've ever had. We got the 'combo', two slices and a drink, $9.99, but apparently getting... lemonade is a .50 cent up charge (not listed anywhere). Then when I pay, Im asked for a tip... The slices were barely even warm,cheese was a solid, congealed mass, and the inside was downright cold. I would've complained but the 2 employees working were sobusy and overworked that there was no point. Read more
DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT, GO TO SBARRO'S PIZZA. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! This is the most awful customer service I have experienced.... The manager LONNIE there is the most rude and disrespectful manager I've ever encountered. I used to go to SBARRO'S often. Notanymore. This is exactly why CHIC-FIL-A is packed and SBARRO'S never has customers. SBARRO'S stole money from my credit card. Ireported it to my credit card. I will not EVER step foot there again. Read more

Everyone here is saying the food is good ???? I have to disagree a little on that one. The food is dry, it's left out in the... open most of the day. Unless there's some trick or something I didn't know about Sbarro to get it fresh but it's usually justsitting outside. The spaghetti, the pizzas, everything. And for that price I'd rather it be a little more fresh or atleast...warm? I feel like that's not too much to ask. I only like it since it's the only Italian restaurant in the whole mall. Read more
This place was the ideal spot for a quick bite. Walking with three young girl and my wife in the Haywood Mall on a Saturday... night, of course everyone got hungry. Pizza is always the go to when you cant figure what to do. The staff (Miranda) wasenergetic and careful with taking our order. They made sure we got the best slice of pie we were looking for. The manager (Nathan) was very polite in making sure he talked with my children and made them feel comfortable when receiving their food. Aswe were in conversation other employees (James and Fredrick) were superior at advising me the what to do's and why they loveworking at that resturant. With not being from the area, I am amazed and the level of customer service they render and it willmake me return everytime! There arent too many times where you will find good food and outstanding service from a fast foodresturant in a food court, but this one deserves 10stars!!!!! Read more
