We came in and there were 4 people behind the counter Noone spoke to us and Noone offered to take our order. After standing for... about 5 minutes a young lady comes in and was greeted with a hey girl!At that moment we felt she was a RACIST! I FELT BADBECAUSE I WAS WITH MY GRANDDAUGHTER???? She was about to take that girl order when from out the back of the store a (nice guy)asked us could he take our order. I told him we have been ready! Noone else wants to. He gave her(RACIST)???? contact and sheacted as if she was busy. So disappointed will not return ????As far as the taste of the smoothies TERRIBLE ???? Too much iceno taste ???? Panara from now on!!! Got 3 smoothies and would have tasted better if made them at home. No flavor found. My 4 year old niece got a Lil Angle and it... tasted like they left the tops on the strawberries! So gross!!!! Today my smoothie was NOT smooth. I usually get greek yogurt in my smoothie and today it was a chunky pineapple mess!!! Wasted... money today, I spit out more chunks of pineapple and there was NO yogurt at all!!! I threw away half!!!! Read more
We go there this morning for veggie slim and trim smoothies sub raspberries for mango. The one handed to me for my mother looks... like baby barf and has smoothie all over the cup I ask the cashier at the window to wipe it off she hands me napkins to wipe itoff myself, the other smoothie was blue! Both tasted horrible they didn?t taste like veggie slim n trim. I asked why one wasblue I was told the girl making the smoothies may not have put as much kale in it that upset me I told her no one omitted kalefrom either smoothie, and no one added blueberries either no reason for it to be blue. I?ve gotten veggie slim and trim subraspberries for mango before and it was still green!! She didn?t offer to make it right either not that I had anymore time towait bc I had been sitting in line for 30min or longer. Girl at the window trying to look cute acting like she was cluelesswhile the one inside making smoothies was going very slow like she was really confused and did t know what was going on! I hadgone in last week and the guys working last week were playing around laughing the floors were nasty it smelt nasty in there andthey handed me a cup with smoothie all over it and they didn?t even make it right either! Seems new management and a new team has come in 2022 and changed the recipes or something, but has a little better customer... service! In 2021, although the old crew did not either greet you or did not greet you with a smile (just raggedy customerservice skills), the old crew that was there then at least fixed my smoothies correctly. I was faithfully coming, but slowedbecause of the change in the consistency of the Peanut Power Plus. I have had to have them fix my smoothie over during aboutthree visits. They've gotten it right the second time, except once. I don't know if those times the same or a different employeefixed it. If you go to this S. Pleasantburg Drive location, patience is needed. New staff is obviously still learning the job sodon't go if you're in a hurry and see a line in the drive-thru. Read more
Just something about SK I love! So many options if you want add ins (protein etc.) but I like them straight up - don?t even need... any turbinado sugar - they?re sweet enough naturally! Pricey for a multi week treat ($7 for this size) but they?re quite fillingand split with hubby or daughter. Read more
